“Hi it was secound time when back home going through parking gate was charged £240 and ticket was allrwady in machine . It tooks me 10 min to explane someone I bought parking in internet...call reg. number...Why?”
“Parking is good, easy to find and sufficient spaces. However I am a bit fed up how often your pre booked parking isn't recognised when you go to leave and you have to speak to someone on the intercom. Just seems strange they are unable to automate this consistently.”
“The position of the multi-storey car park is almost perfect. However, like the rest of Edinburgh Airport, everything about it is dirty. The toilets are a disgrace, the tiled walking areas are cracked and uneven and the ramps are strewn with rubbish. The owners should look to many Continental airports to see that it is possible to have a clean environment as the arrival point for both tourists and residents returning home.”
“On entry at 5am in very cold weather the ticket machine was broken, the front flap was open, however on pressing the button a ticket came out with no details on the ticket.
In exit I had Togo to the office to get the ticket validated by a very good employee and had no issues after that”
“I know I got instructions but we ended up in the drop off area and unfairly had to pay to get out off there. And then the ticket wasn’t recognised to get into the multi-storey so naturally it was the same on the way out apart from that it was pretty straightforward and much better than the other car parks”
“the Airport parking near Terminal is very handy being so close to the terminal - great for when getting back late at night - easy to get into and find spaces Find getting out always a problem though. The ANPR doesn't seem to work and I get charged a ridiculous amount - having already paid this is unacceptable. Have to ring the buzzer and the assistant then waives the charge to let me out of airport”

“Easy pairing shame stupid folk park where they want, the walk do terminal is no issue when the weather is good but it's Scotland, could do with covering on the foot path and sort out the pavement to make it more safe”
“Good experience in general apart from the automated service not recognising I had pre paid meaning I had to speak to customer services to exit.
I was parking a motorhome and the entry/exit gates could have been a little wider. Bigger spaces for motorhomes would be ideal although I'm not sure how to stop normal cars parking in them.”
“Entry in to mutistorey car park was fine, but finding a parking space was difficult and time consuming. Also the spaces are very tight in paticular when parking next to an SUV which it makes exiting the car when paked rathe difficult.”
“We normally have a 5 star experience but this time we were charged when picking up keys due to delay and then charged again at barrier which is very unfair”
“Pre booked parking. The number plate camera didn't read my number plate. Huge bill trying to exit. Support staff excellent at finding reservation and opening the barrier.”
