Far too expensive, it cost me £27 to park for just over an hour

You need to think about disabled drivers. A shuttle bus is essential for limited mobility drivers and passengers. The walking route is poorly marked and would be difficult to use at night.

On our return we had to wait for half a hour to get our keys.I had explained at time of check in we didnt have a return time. I was assured the keys would be ready for us and they were not.

We've used this parking many times, however this time was disappointed. Our car wasn't ready for collection on landing - your colleague said it's because we had landed early - we had not - 15mins late in fact. We had to wait at least 20mins for our car to be retrieved from wherever it had been parked up. Then the ANPR didn't recognise the reg on exit so we had to get a ticket out the machine for the barrier to go up - on final exit from the car park they tried to charge us £7 - we got it sorted but not the hassle we wanted at 3am!!

First time using Edinburgh airport, the fast track is not impressive. On arrival it took us a while to find the way to fast track, when you're pushing heavy luggages this is painful. When we finally found fast track, our vehicle was parked so far from key collection, I wondered whether I should have just parked in long stay and paid less. Bit pathetic to call it fast track, have my arrival details and to park my car as far as possible, will avoid in future.

On leaving our car it wasn't easy to find out how to leave our car key so had to find a staff member to ask. On returning we came out of 'Arrivals' and took some time to find the 'Fast Park' building. We scanned our receipt but got no instructions where our key could be collected, so again had to find a staff member. We were told that our car was in section 'B'. We could see sections 'A' and 'C' but could not see 'B' anywhere. Eventually we discovered that the sign for section 'B' was behind one of the other signs and could not be seen from the building where we collected the key. We walked up and down for some time before discovering this.

Everything was great till I returned to pick my car up and it was parked right beside another car and I couldn’t open the drivers door I had to climb in from the passengers side to try and get into the drivers seat which is not acceptable

I am a frequent user of Fast Park at Edinburgh airport and always sing their praises, however, returning from Marrakesh on a delayed flight ( 17 hours!!) on Tuesday, I was charged an additional £25. This seems so unfair......I was not responsible for a power outage across Spain and Portugal !!!!

Pre paid for my parking in the terminal car park. Arrived taken ticket to enter as instructed..had my four day break ...used ticket to exit as instructed only to receive a £290 fee for the parking...issue was resolved quickly.

Quite easy to find the Fastpark area, but one thing puzzles me. When picking up the car after getting back from the holiday, I noticed that 6 miles have been covered. Using a tracker app, the distance from the Fastpark area to the outskirts of the parking area is 1.5 miles. So, double that for bringing the car back to the Fastpark area should be 3 miles. So where has the other 3 miles gone? Have people been using my car without my consent to ferry other people about the airport, or carry their luggage about. Would like to know.

Controls including heating, seat position had been adjusted and not returned to correct settings. We had to spend time readjusting everything rather than just head home. For the second time we also had difficulty exiting the car park. There appears to be no way to automatically get through the barriers. Instead had to use the call button and was some delay until they answered and raised the barriers. The above is disappointing given the ease of dropping off and recollecting keys, which is always very positive.

Hard to find a space. Many cars parked outside the spaces. Eventually found a few at far end of car park from the terminal. Allow yourself plenty of time!

Multi Story car park is ideal and well located for security and departures. Twilight drop off is worthwhile. It’s the confusing or lack of signage which is frustrating. I’ve used the car park a couple of times and I suspect I‘m not alone with the directions issue.

Parking was fine but only one exit is frustrating for mid stay if you get stuck behind someone who has not paid properly or cannot work the machine. Had to wait 5min very late at night

A good option and easy to use however Fast parking entrance is poorly lit and sign posted off the road after the last roundabout making it easy to miss in the dark and end up in the drop off zone. On collecting car if your car is left in zone B there is no sign posting of this area. The sign posts are for A C and D with B being on the other side of the A sign which can’t be seen when entering car park from the key collection zone. Very confusing.

Parking was straightforward. Bus service was very good. Vehicle was found in same state it was left. Side comment loose stones in the plane parking area is a bit worrying for chips so I park at the back. Unfortunately once I got to the barrier to get out the machine informed me of a £150 additional bill!! I used the service button and explained. Then I was let out as there shouldn't have been any bill as I'd pre-booked and left plenty of time. Very strange and not ideal late at night.

I use the mid stay carpark frequently. I book and pay on line in advance, however, each time I enter the carpark, the ticket machine does not produce my ticket, I have to call the person manning the call button, to repeat my registration and surname, for them to issue the ticket from the machine. Clearly the camera which reads the number plate is not efficient.

The parking itself is good and it’s handy. However the need for the drivers to change EVERY setting thinkable in the car is an absolute joke. It’s just not on. I of course understand that a seat and mirror move to drive the car safely is necessary, but 29 degrees on the heater? Seat up, back, steering wheel changed, no need. The car is being driven for what should be more than a minute tops. To jump back into car after a long journey and have to get everything back is ridiculous. Drivers clearly doing this out of badness rather than safety.
