“2 weeks of parking for £170 is rather expensive still. No offer available - disappointing. We used the Plane parking. The regular bus shuttle is good and quick. The extension of the parking area is still very messy with large stones all over the place - being on the parking area but also on the road and on the pedestrian ways. This damaged our rolling suitcase as the stones are rather large to avoid.”
“Normally a good fast service as the name implies but had to wait in a long queue to get into the car park on this occasion. If it’s called fast parking this is really what it needs to be. Once inside and parked everything was fast and smoothly.”
“Great location at the multi story but the barrier wouldn’t go up heading into carpark. I had to sit & wait about 5to 10 minutes before someone let barrier to go up. Very embarrassing with other cars waiting behind me. With the cost of this carpark for a week this shouldn’t be happening.”
“When yougwt back fromma long tiring trip where the logistics partner has lost your luggage and failed to communicate properly the airport transfer Arrangements , the last thing you want is for there to be trouble at the barrier on your secure parking. However, thats what we got. No matter which way we inserted our prepaid ticket the machine spat it out. Moteover it was done so abruptly that the wind caught the ticket and blew it away from our car requiring an cit and retrieval exercise until the support button had to be pressed. I don't the driver was that helpful or the bus that timely either.”
“Average parking spaces, rather tight actually. Insufficient disabled parking spaces. Some of the disabled spaces occupied but no disable badge displayed. Staff should check.”
“Pre booked my parking place. Arrived at the entrance, where I am informed that the machine would recognise the cars number plate. Unfortunately the machine didn’t recognise the car’s number plate. I then had to contact the operator at the other end. Eventually the barrier lifted!
On return to the car, after a month the car had been scuffed down the drivers side.
Managed to leave the car park fine.

“Fairly easy to find a spot and get in, however upon exit even though I pre paid I still was about to get charged much more for my stay, had to ring on the intercom to make sure”
“It's perfectly acceptable bar the odd glitch. On this occasion I was asked to pay £140 at the exit because the machine that gave me the ticket when entering made an error reading my (clean) number plate. Quickly sorted though.

“Fastpark works very well, however go very slowly round the approach road as very easy to miss the turn in as road marking very eroded. End result was I had to pay £7 to go round again via drop off. Too severe a punishment for missing the entry!”
“I have parked at Edinburgh airport a lot over the last year and this is the first time I was presented with a £290 payment due at the exit Barrier. This caused me extreme distress after returning From holiday as I did not have enough to make the payment.
I used the intercom service and was told to present my parking card again. After a few attempts and explaining to the colleague who answered the intercom that I had already paid almost £75 for the parking, the barrier was lifted.
This is my first bad experience parking here.”
“It’s near the terminal, safe and well maintained however was not happy to be asked to pay £140 when leaving !!! You book to avoid any hassle especially when you return late at night as we did, the issue was solved quickly but that’s not the point it just shouldn’t have happened!!!”
“It was ok but could be improved. The signs from the international Terminal to the nearby Under Cover Car Park were non existant we needed to ask a Taxi driver directions to find the car park
The car park was very busy and it was not that easy to find a parking space so this needs to be factored into the arrival time for flight departures
Edinburgh Airport for international Arrivals is a complete shambles it is run down, dirty and urgently needs a make over and upgrade”
“Being a regular customer - typically using the multi-storey facility due to its convenience and inclusive 'fast-track' benefit - I have noticed a trend over the past few visits of less and less spaces being available. So much so that for the last two visits, I've had to park on the roof.
This essentially nullifies the added convenice of the mulit-storey carpark and means that in the future, I'm more likely to park elsewhere.”
“I arrived at Edinburgh airport, for the first time. The multie story car park only to be met with a sign indicating full on a levels.
I then parked outside. On my return the next day I was facing a charge of £125.
However, after being parked at the barrier for some time, using the intercom button the operator opened the gate after checking my registration number against my online booking.
Stressful for a first timer!”
“Easy to book and park. But twice in last couple of months asks for payment to leave car park even though paid in advance. Don’t think auto capture of registration details is working correctly”
