It was ok, however that you now new to pay to use the trolley carrier now is actually annoying and not worth the money. I probably would pay if it be less money, but now I don’t use it anymore. Also the exit signs aren’t very helpful anymore with the new one way system. I would recommend to place them differently.

Finding the car park, following directions was fairly easy however we did question if we were in the correct car park. The instructions on the email were completely wrong. Our registration plate wasn’t read upon arrival and we had to press the button for a ticket. On our way out we were asked to pay £175 for our stay. I had to contact yourselves to verify my registration plate and booking to get out of the car park. This process could be a lot easier.

Really good place to park as it is few minutes to the airport. Good and helpful staff. Very generous with over mstaf for up to 6 hours over the booked time. But they charge a lot if going over 6 hours allowance. Regrettably they charged me £6 for simply leaving the parking. Not sure why they charged me £6 to lift the exit bar when I paid £25 fine for overstaying 40 minutes over the 6 hours alliwance. I give 3 stars for that hidden fee. Not very easy to find the car park from the airport. Need clear dig posts.

Needs to be a more visible pathway to & from the long stay car park to the terminal

Every time I use the parking service, and that's a lot, I have problems getting out at the main exit.

Parking was very busy but we had no issues however when we parked a large trolley (6ft tall) was in the parking space. We moved this away from cars in order to park and when we returned 6 days later the same tall trolley was back in the space and only inches from the car. This would suggest that no one moved it away from parking area for almost a week. Thankfully no damage to my car but not sure if any others were damaged by the trolley given that there had been high winds in Edinburgh while we were abroad. Seems that someone should check for this type of thing

Quite convenient but very busy with many cars parked outside parking bays. The exit route is badly sign posted which is a particular problem at night.

Very conveniently located only a few minutes walk to terminal, but is now very expensive (£200 for a fortnight).

Terminal parking wasn't very clear on arrival or when trying to leave carpark. I witnessed another driver going round in circles like myself. I was advised that the gate would open on my departure due to registration recognition, but this didn't happen. Not sure if I was supposed to insert ticket in machine at payment or at gate??

Didn't recognise that we had paid in advance and wanted to charge us £595 !

Normally I rate Edinburgh Airport parking as 5 star - it's convient, safe, offers several options, and I have always been happy to leave my car there when going away. Having pre-paid I was annoyed at being asked at the barrier to pay £845 in order to exit. This is not the first time the automatic payment element has failed to work and while it is not really difficult to resolve by pressing a button and speaking to someone, I found it particularly irritating on this occasion when I was returning after a long journey and just wanted to be on my way home.

Quite pricey & better signage for people walking to departures from the long stay carpark would be beneficial

It's convenient, but expensive and when I exited the car park they tried to charge me and additional £120. The attendant was very polite and helped address the issue, but this isn't the first time this has happened.

It's cheaper than getting a taxi and slightly more convinient. Unfortunately my prepay didn't work but I managed to talk to someone who sorted it. Getting to the barrier and seeing a blill for £170 was a shock!

Easy to find. Close proximity to terminal. Decent price for a weekend (less than a return taxi fare). Had issues exiting as the machine said we had to pay £145 😳 and it took a while for someone to answer the intercom to lift the barrier.

Fast track parking is very easy for dropping off and picking up car . Unfortunately for the second consecutive time there has been a problem with the number plate recognition causing a delay in exiting at the barrier and requiring us to use the call button for assistance. Not ideal in early hours of the morning !

We were in the mid stay car park the walk to the terminal was an acceptable distance, but the problem was the terrible road surface to the terminal. The road was uneven making it difficult to walk with our cases. The cost for parking was fair.

This is the third time we’ve used the car parking and in itself it is really good value. However I have to point out the stressful situation that occurred for us arriving in the early hours to find the slip road access to the airport closed off with no diversion signs at all coming from the West. Surely sending out a standard advisory note on booking with guidance of what to do if arriving at times affected would be simple and have removed a lot of stress? Another suggestion - when you renew the exit signs in the long stay it would be worth making them bigger or giving them lights at night.

Parking was simple enough with quite a few spaces, but way too many enormous ‘cars’ that don’t really fit in the spaces. Coming back from the terminal it would be good if you could go up levels at somewhere other than the main entrance.
