“Getting to the car drop was really easy but getting back to fast park from arrivals when coming home was more difficult. There is limited signage directing you to the fast park (I only remember seeing one outside and none inside) so it took us some time to find it. Once we were there the process was very easy however, more signage from arrivals both inside and out would be beneficial however.”
“Edinburgh airport parking was so simple, this was the first time we've used Fast Park and we'll certainly use again.
Only one glitch. My wife has a blue badge, registered on the booking and confirmed on entry. The car was not in a disabled parking bay on our return, they did apologise and someone did collect the car for us.”
“Parked in the multi-storey car park for 4 days.
All good from time of online booking to exit, apart from receiving a ticket from the machine just immediately before entering the car park to say 'Wrong Car Park' ! Unfortunately no parking office on the ground to discuss this with. Spoke with a parking attendant who was very helpful. All worked out ok on exit.”
“Good service, but… my agent had booked me into the long-term parking. However, when i arrived there was a height barrier that my agent was not aware of and did not seem mentioned on the Airport website, which meant that my campervan could not get into the parking. The man on the gate intercom was very helpful and rebooked me into the ‘Plane’ parking. While the very good pick up/ service seemed more convenient, i had deliberately preferred the better security, proximity and access flexibility of the long-term parking.
There was no mention of any refund for the cost difference between the more expensive long-term parking and the Plane parking.”
