“This carpark is at the far end of the airport and required a shuttle bus to get to the terminal building. The service is supposed to be every 12 minutes, On Sunday last we waited half an hour for the shuttle bus, and it was full on arrival. We noticed that the Tram system causes tailbacks on the access road that can last a good 6 minutes or so due to the traffic light controls. We passed the other shuttle bus as we were leaving the terminal building. My son in law parked closer to the terminal and was home a full hour earlier than us, he had no issues exiting the Airport.”

Had to press for assistance and for the attendant to look up my reg before being released from the carpark. While a minor delay, was a little stressful to suddenly be faced with with this, while work out from the flight.”

When updating vehicle registration details, our system provides an option to amend the booking details directly via the “Changing booking details” function. This allows customers to update their vehicle registration without cancelling or rebooking, and without any change to the original booking price.
In this case, the booking was cancelled and rebooked rather than amended through the vehicle details option. As the original booking was cancelled, the new booking was made at the prevailing live rate at the time of rebooking, which accounts for the price difference you’ve highlighted.
We do make this process and guidance available in our FAQs, and our team is also available to assist with making amendments directly if contacted before changes are completed.
As the booking was rebooked rather than amended, we are unfortunately unable to apply a refund for the difference in price.

My original booking on AXPBHPUV4 cost £74.99 when booked in January.
Last week I had to change the booking to reflect my new car registration and the price had gone up to £159.99 on reference AX82POAIE.
I understand there may be a small admin charge but a rise of £85 to change the number plate is too high.
As you don't offer an edit facility and bookings have to be cancelled this makes it an expensive amendement.
We have used your car park a few times over the years but unless I get a refund on the difference between the bookings I will be cancelling and booking elsewhere.
