“We have not used Fast Park for a number of years. This was due to flight times of previous trips when we stayed over in hotel with parking.
We were more than happy to use their service this year. It is so simple to use & as it says just right next to airport departures. Lovely helpful friendly service from 2 of their staff 1 at the key deposit the other when we picked up our keys. She just helped to point us towards where our car was parked.
When we drove in to the camera bay their attendant was a little gruff. I thought it would work automatically then the barrier would lift. However after the shouting press the blue button, which was too far away to reach I had to get out my car to press it. Everything else was really good.
The only drawback was the postcode for the carpark my sat nav would not accept so used the airport postcode which took us way past entrance & had to double back & ask someone. Other than that
We can highly recommend Fastpark.”
“I've used Fastpark before and found it useful. This time however I was charged an extra £7 when exiting the main car park and I was still 20 min within the time allowed.
Trying to contact Edinburgh airport to report this complaint is difficult.”

“Wszystko dobrze tylko że pracownik który pomagał mi przy wydruku biletu na parkingu wbił godzinę przylotu samolotu czyli wcześniejszą niż ta do której opłaciłem parking i została mi przy bramce wyjazdowej doliczona opłata w wysokości 7 miu funtów. Uważam że nie jest to uczciwe trzeba przecież też przejść odprawę. To są dwa aż powody do nie naliczania dodatkowych kosztów.”
“The multi storey car park is very easy to access and convenient.
The only issue on my last visit was that the lifts were not working, resulting in carrying 4 items of luggage up several flights of stairs.”
“When exiting the car park was asked to pay £80 despite having paid for parking online. The issue was sorted at the gate, but not a smooth process and created an unnecessary delay and stress”
“Second time parking here and paid before using and when putting ticket in to leave it states I owe over 140 pounds ?? It’s happened twice now . It causes unnecessary stress”
