“We arrived at car park and was directed to a space by a lovely member of staff, on noticing my mums blue badge redirected us to a disabled space, a kind gentleman helped with what to do on dropping keys,
On return collecting keys was easy and again someone can on hand to help, again car parked easily in disabled bay with easy access to exit, very easy simple procedure both ways”
“Doesnt work as described. Entry and Exit only possible by hitting assistance button at barrier. Why???? Stated multistorey was full on arrival whch wasnt the case and I had pre-booked. Customer service below std but who cares right??? If you beed to buzz and give your car reg then no poblem but put this on the booking.”
“Easy drop off. Keys not in the locker upon arrival on the way back. Slight delay until they were located by staff. Other families had the same issue.”

“Poor signage and 1 wrong turn takes you towards the drop off area. After driving straight through without stopping I was charged £8.50! This was on top of the £110 I had already paid to park. Seems like a money making scheme.”
“FastPark is a great parking option if the price is right. Booking well in advance is the way to go, otherwise it becomes prohibitively expensive. By that I mean it’s more expensive than a taxi both ways. I guess it’s popular so they can rack up the price as time shortens. Still a great way to park your car at the airport”
