“Not the first and not the last time using FastPark, drive in, drop the keys off and go. On return scan your ticket, pick up keys and drive off. Usually home within the hour or so after landing.

I presented my parking ticket and the machine produced a charge for £145 instead of opening the barrier, this was the second time this has happened to me recently. Thankfully the person on the end of the help button was able to override this and open the gate.”

I recently used your ParkFast facility for a week while I was away on a trip. When I returned on the exit gates did not open despite my valid reservation. This caused significant inconvenience and delay after a long trip.
I would also appreciate confirmation that the gate system has been reviewed to prevent similar problems in the future.”
