“Easiest parking experience i've had yet, drove in, dropped car, entered booking details into machine, collected ticket dropped keys and then walked stright across the road in to departures. Not even the length of 10 minutes. On return had to phone for assistance as my wife had left the ticket in the hotel, but a gentleman was there within 30 seconds, and retrieved my keys told me where my car was parked, again not even the length of 10 mins, and because i'd booke a while in advance, itvwas the cheapest option too, would definatley use it again, and recommend it to friends.”
“Had to park on the roof due to ongoing work on some of the floors unfortunately when we arrived it was raining, If I had been told of the work when booking it would have been helpful.

“We always use the multi-storey car park, if it is available and find it very useful if we have a late flight. The price. Includes fast track which is a bonus if arriving a bit late. Never had an issue and would recommend it.”

“Very poor - no trolleys available (out of order) in the car parking area. Given the premium cost of parking so close to the terminal, I would expect trolleys to be available for use. If out of order this should have been clearly flagged online and a discount offered.”
