“Absolutely horrendous! Charged £80 at the barrier (double the cost of my actual parking) as they advised I'd misbooked my time of arrival (even though all flight details provided at booking were provided). Didn't help that the booking confirmation doesn't actually advise the date/time actually booked (it just has a long to the website where that was done).Customer service uncontainable by phone, email responses took over a week each time and responses are a generic "no, we won't do anything to help you". Never parking here again.”

“Arriving at night, I failed to see the Doubletree Hilton as advised and do found it hard, especially with the poor signage and poor road surface paint. I was not sure how near to the airport I could park and also found the parking place marking signage too diffuse for precise memory of where I had parked. I’m over 70 but the long walk into the airport was not a problem but finding the car after meeting my very tired guest was a problem. I think these issues will probably not be a problem who is familiar and a regular user but I use the airport parking maybe once a year and it always seems confusing.”
