“Easy to book. Medium term is, as stated, 10 mins walk from terminal and easy to find spaces. Machine on entrance read my registration incorrectly - substituting an A for a J - so when I went to leave a charge of £75 was requested. I had to phone through to the parking attendant to explain what had happened.”
“very near terminal building. Marked pedestrian walkways through car park was a good idea. postcode should be included in booking rather than search on google. My card would not work on way out so had to chase round looking for the office ( computer error as usual) But better than most airport car parks,”
“Booked parking and fast track service was good. But collecting my wife the next day was painful. A broken machine delayed me to 15 minutes from 12 or 13. This meant I paid £7 which is extortionate for that time.”
“Tried to cancel my parking which cost over£40 for a day. My flight was cancelled at the last moment so nothing I could do about it -so lost £41.99 that I could I’ll afford”
“we booked the fast track parking.
lack of signs made it a bit hap hazard to park.
glasgow has a seperate barrier to go through, edinburgh does not.
apart from that the flow from fasttrack into the terminal is great.”
“On arrival at the airport the surface car park is well sign posted. At the barrier I received my ticket although there was a digit wrong in relation to the number plate. This I think caused an issue when I tried to leave a week later as when I inserted my ticket it advised I had a £280 charge. This was cleared up by the voice on the other side of the intercom. Would suggest you have your booking ref handy just in case and the price is £20 too much for a week's stay.”
“The booking process is very transparent and pre booking is very economical. However this survey does not give an opportunity to state where you are unhappy so I will do it here. On trying to exit the car park the machine did not recognise my number and wanted £280. The call button on the barrier is not immediately obvious. I was not alone in having to reverse out of the gate to make contact. I was nearly hit by a taxi who had to do the same thing. Please put stickers indicating which of the 4 buttons is the call button.”
