“Plenty spaces right next to terminal and well signposted. Would have rated higher if my car reg had been recognised when entering the parking as per the pre paid information. On exiting the barrier wouldn't lift stating I had £130 due for 2 nights parking. Quickly resolved with a call over the intercom and providing booking reference, however prefer not to have gone through this hiccup.”
“Book parking a lot at Edinburgh but in recent times I have often had a please pay £280 etc rather than my pre booked ticket just letting me leave. A bit annoying you maybe have to look at the system”

“Not that easy to find but got there ok. However upon leaving we were inserted ticket and a message on the barrier said we owed £110. This was despite being booked until 14:00pm on the 05/02/18 and it was only 13:46pm (Booking confirmation for 3646210). We had to call for help who eventually lifted the barrier. Others may not be so fortunate.”
“The wrong postcode has been included on the booking confirmation, taking me to the freight/security side of the airport. Once on track, the airport parking signage is VERY poor even at the ticket barrier. Heathrow succeeds in this area, rather easily.”
“Great car park right at the front of the main building and a nice 2 min walk. Only downside was when we put ticket in to leave my prepayment wasn't registered so a bit of stress when the ticket machine asked for £280 for the week. A quick call through at the barrier and it was rectified”
“Hard to identity where parked as it was dark both on arrival and leaving.
No signs at the airport to remind you where to go for the bus. Lots for the mid term, but none for the long stay bus”
“On arrival something went wrong and ended up with two tickets - one with car details, other without out. On return one ticket was rejected as lacking entry details; the other asked for payment of £280. Shocked as car was prepaid !
However, went to booth and problem was quickly and efficiently dealt with. No extra payment.”
“The booking process was easy and quick. The exit from the car park was not so easy. The machine told me I owed it £130 despite pre booking. I was then asked for booking number which I didn't have as I was in the car and driving and eventually got out with my registration number.
I use this service frequently and 50% of the time the exit barrier doesn't open and it says you owe money. This needs to be improved.”
“Would be a 5 but the number plate recognition didn't work when we entered (have a CR-V) which caused a bit of hassle when arriving and leaving . Maybe improve the span as I'm sure many larger vehicles are affected by this?”
“Wasn't easy to find the Long stay bus stop. Info in the email confirmation would have been helpful. When I realised I had entered the incorrect return arrival I emailed an enquiry. The response could have indicated that there was a kiosk when, if I entered my ticket, the additional cost would be indicated. Instead, at 8pm in the dark I found myself at the barrier and having to reverse the car. Impression I get is "give us your money. thanks. Now move on".”
“We prepaid, but on leaving the car park we put our ticket in and it came up that we had an outstanding balance of £160.00 just glad we had our confirmation email to quote our ref number to get it sorted out.”
“Surface parking is very convenient, with a short walk to the terminal.
Despite pre-paying departure was somewhat confusing. No clear instructions on whether or not the ticket needed to be validated.”
“Easy to book and very good instructions for location both getting there and upon return. Bus service was also very good, driver very helpful. Only complaint is that I was charged an extra £9.99”
