“First time ice parked at Edinburgh using Fast park and I would definitely do it again. Very easy to drop the key off on arrival and again picking up to depart. There were also staff around to help out of needed. Really easy and great value.”
“Very convenient, everything worked, able to drive straight in and straight out of the multi-storey with the number plate recognition - just a wee bit pricey.
Lost a star as the road surface into the car park is falling apart, the signage in the lift led us astray, and after arriving back at the airport, the arrivals process dumps you outside the terminal with no cover from the inevitable rain in Scotland and no dedicated covered or enclosed walkway back to the multi-storey car park. Bit pointless paying extra to park under cover if you still have to dash through a downpour between the terminal and the car park and still get soaked.”
“Used the long-stay parking for the first time. Travelling on my own (F) and arriving when it was dark, I felt perfectly safe as it was well lit and clearly sign posted where to go. I pre-booked, and the confirmation email said I would get a ticket at the barrier, but the system had been upgraded since and for pre-booked it's just on ANPR (i.e. no need to wait for a ticket at the barrier...). Will use long-stay parking again.”
“Great service and easy to use. Whilst expecting seat position and mirror to be adjusted did not expect steering column position to have changed significantly both upwards and outwards. Not acceptable and problematic to get corrected again....especially at 03.00 before a significant journey home!!! Surely parking attendants can move cars without need for this. Even a garage has never moved it!”

“First time using the multi-storey. Pre-booked and given instrucion on how the entry and exit sysem works. In reality it was even easier. The cameras recognized my car and I was able to get on my way with no fuss. The info system in the car park itself was very helpful showing how many spaces availbale on each level or if it was full. Car park was clean and tidy. Short walk to to the terminal. Very happy with the result.”
“Arrived to complete twilight check in and was given a ticket and then charged £26 when I had a booking and it should have been free. I arrived the following morning and was given another ticket told I was in the wrong car park but there is only one multi storey do I pressed the call button and the attendant let me in on my return I went to the barrier and tried to charge me £510 luckily I had my booking number and the attendant raised the barrier and let me out. Overall not a good experience. I have used this car park for many years and never experienced anything like this.”
