“An excellent and convenient parking facility at Edinburgh airport. The parking attendants were very friendly and helpful. The twilight parking and bag drop off the night before flying was very useful. Getting out of the carpark was slightly difficult at the twilight parking and on leaving after my holiday as the barrier didn’t recognize my number plate and I had to speak to help service to let me through the barrier.
Also where my car was parked to collect was hand written on the bottom of my ticket and I had to ignore the printed G also on the ticket which was where the car had been kept while I was away.”
“Easy booking and entry and exit processes. Very convenient if a bit pricey. As previously the toilets were quite unpleasant. To be fair those in the departure and arrivals galls of the airport are the same.”
“The terminal car park was incredibly convenient, however it was slightly challenging to find a space in the car park on arrival. The staff were very helpful after my flight home was delayed, meaning I had missed my departure slot, and the gate wouldn't open.”
“Simple to use, easy access to airport once inside. Only 1 drawback (being a driver of SUV) the spaces are a little narrow and you just be careful when parking.”
“Fantastic, right at airport door . Great friendly staff to help on site . I had a problem with my handbrake. It broke on way down, I didn’t know it had an auto hold break . It was on when I we got back from our trip. Thanks guys”
“Great as always. Our flight was delayed and I was a little worried in case we went over our booking time for the car park. I struggled to find the information to confirm if there was a grace period for return to the car park. We were very glad, when on return, there was no problem. On returning home, I checked, and I think I am right in saying there is a 6 hour window for return. Even more reason to continue to use this car park.”
“Good location, but unfortunately I was let down with EV parking.
When I arrived there were no EV charging points available so i had to park in a regular space. Either increase the number of EV spaces of provide a valet service to move filled cars from the parking bays once complete.”
