“Access to multistorey parking area was good but availability of spaces was limited on each level owing to spaces being blocked by bollards - frustrating as I had you go round each floor to find a space - eventually I got one on the 4th floor.”
“Was informed by screen at exit that I was due to pay £260, despite paying for the parking in advance. Had to use the intercom system to get the situation resolved.”
“Straight forward to book and find. However the road and path surfaces through the carpark are so uneven and the ridged sections at each crossing make it very difficult to move 4/8 wheeled suitcases over which slows the walk to the terminal building and generally makes it more heavy going than it could be. Signposting from the terminal to the carpark is not great.”
“Parking worked fine and it's easy to walk to terminal. However, we couldn't find the disabled parking bays and we got lost trying to find the Mid-Stay where we had booked. Sat Nav took us to a different part of the airport estate and when we asked directions we were funnelled through the multi-storey (fortunately the attendant let us through the exit barrier without a fee). More signage, specifically mentioning mid-stay car park is required and also within the car park to indicate the route to the terminal and the location of blue badge bays, if there are any.”
“Paid for parking but when arrived there was no spaces. Spent 40mins circling the lot with all the other cars but no spaces. People had parked their big cars over 2 spots. Ended up parking at the end of a row on the passenger walking lane so I wouldn’t miss my flight.”
“The stay was nice and easy. However while booking on the same day u have to be very careful to check the date at the end as it jumps to next day. Could not cancel it anywhere had to book additional day.”

“Being right next to the terminal, the Fastpark at Edinburgh airport is very convenient and doesn't involve having to lug baggage on and off a bus. I also had to extend my departure by a day due to a cancelled flight back, and which was very easy to do online.”
