“Quick check in very efficient and easy to do. Disappointed we were charged £25 extra as we were late back through no fault of ours. Flight was delayed and we incurred a charge . I will think twice about using you again which is a shame as I am a regular user .”

“Parking is fine, as long as you ignore the sign at the roundabout that says 'Coaches'. You have to follow this route otherwise you end up at drop off point and it will cost you £6 to get out again.
May sound dumb, but when its 3am and your brain isn't super switched on, its easy to do this...”
“Used fast track parking for the first time. Easy directions and we were greeted on arrival. Lots of helpful staff explaining the procedure. On our return easy access to our car key and parking bay. Right next to terminal. Will definitely use again.”

“On arriving at the airport multi-store parking for some reason my car registration didn’t seam to be recognised and wasn’t gained access, so I just parked on the surface parking.
It took me some time to navigate my way through the website to find a customer service email address to notifying them of the issue.
When leaving the airport I can to use the intercom system at the barrier to ask them to open as the information on the system was asking me for £150….there was no issue in getting out but just all a little disappointing in the hassle it caused.”
