“Simple and straight forward parking after negotiating the RHS traffic. Did struggle to get parked on lower levels despite there being multiple spaces coned off on each level, not entirely sure why. Easy exit and homeward bound.”
“Car park was well signposted and easy to find l. Airport walking route is well signposted. Parking is generally too expensive. Had prepaid, however was asked to pay again on exit. No explanation however Issue was resolved quickly at gate over the intercom.”

“I ended up driving into the 1 hour parking and had to pay an extra £8.50 on top of the £28.99 to park for an hour and a half! Ridiculously expensive. I was picking up my 14 year old son from a school trip. Also the automatic number plate recognition didn't work which added to my stress of parking. The attendant who spoke to me was incredibly polite which I thank him for. All in all a very stressful parking experience. Much clearer signage required or add an app which shows you exactly where to go. I put the multi storey car park in my sat nav which is why I ended up in 1 hour parking and had to pay £8.50 to escape that. I also had to use a fire escape to leave the parking area as I couldn't see another route to the terminal.”
“Fast track is definately the way to go, fully explained process before travel date and super easy to drop off and pick up. The cost was fantastic too !!”
“The positioning of the entrance ticket machine makes it difficult to reach from the car due to the angle required to access it. Especially for customers with mobility issues. ANPR would be a better option here.
The gravel ground makes it hard to pull a suitcase over.
Only two bus stops for that size of car park is poor, again especially for those with reduced mobility.”
“Easy to access Terminal Parking, and a short time to find a free space. Straight forward walking access to the terminal. On leaving, more signs on posts rather than marked on the road would help to find the exit barriers!”
“We arrived back in the middle of a thunder storm at 3am & the rain was horrendous, could have done with a sign saying FAST PARK above the entrance door where you collect your keys!
The staff were realy helpful and polite.”
