“Felt like found the very last available space after driving round a few times. My colleague, who had to travel separately, said the same. Selling places they maybe don't have. Access to the terminal and getting out afterwards was fine.”

Fortunately the assistant on duty fixed the issue for me but apparently it’s not an uncommon problem one of my passengers has experienced it more than once in the past.The distance to the car was probably ok but I’d hate to do it in the rain !!!”

“I found the long stay car park after I had turned into the NCP car parking by mistake. There could be more sign posts earlier on the road from Glasgow. There is no dedicated walking route to follow until quite close to the airport itself. I had to walk feed through parked cars and puddles and rain. A covered walkway would be better. So overall an OK experience but not top notch.”

“Disappointed that the bus from the car park to the terminal is no longer in operation. Signposting was poor for the walking route in both directions but particularly the return journey to the car park.”
“Getting started to the carpark was easy following the e-mailed instructions. Managed to find a parking space at the far end of the carpark as it was pretty busy. The walkway was easy to follow to get to the terminal and took about 15 mins.
My car was still there and undamaged after my 7 nights away but I had an issue when leaving the carpark.
Even though I'd pre-booked and paid online the machine at the barrier wanted me to pay £176 to leave. I spoke to the advisor on the help button at the barrier but he couldn't find any evidence of my booking from my car registration or booking reference.
The advisor decided to override the charge and let me leave but there seems to be a major issue between the computer on the barrier to leave and the main booking system as this isn't the 1st time this has happened.”
“The parking was fine but did not appreciate having to carry the cases all the way to the terminal because there are no longer any shuttle buses. My husband and I are on our 70s and shouldn’t have to do this. When we returned from our holiday despite prepaying for parking we could not get out of the car park because the machine said we owed £330. It was no fun trying to find a call button for help at 12.15am. Extremely disappointed as this used to be so easy in the past”
