Disappointed that the bus from the car park to the terminal is no longer in operation. Signposting was poor for the walking route in both directions but particularly the return journey to the car park.

Getting started to the carpark was easy following the e-mailed instructions. Managed to find a parking space at the far end of the carpark as it was pretty busy. The walkway was easy to follow to get to the terminal and took about 15 mins. My car was still there and undamaged after my 7 nights away but I had an issue when leaving the carpark. Even though I'd pre-booked and paid online the machine at the barrier wanted me to pay £176 to leave. I spoke to the advisor on the help button at the barrier but he couldn't find any evidence of my booking from my car registration or booking reference. The advisor decided to override the charge and let me leave but there seems to be a major issue between the computer on the barrier to leave and the main booking system as this isn't the 1st time this has happened.

The parking was fine but did not appreciate having to carry the cases all the way to the terminal because there are no longer any shuttle buses. My husband and I are on our 70s and shouldn’t have to do this. When we returned from our holiday despite prepaying for parking we could not get out of the car park because the machine said we owed £330. It was no fun trying to find a call button for help at 12.15am. Extremely disappointed as this used to be so easy in the past

Too expensive - have used multi story many times in past but price hike makes this unlikely in future . Pre-paid for the week yet ticket machine attempted to charge me £360 on exit when I validated.

We arrived home around 12:30 am and trying to find the walkway to the long stay car park was very difficult at that time. The signposting at the terminal building was totally inadequate and we spoke to other people having the same issue.

Tried contact via email before booking to query a mistake and not a soul got back to me. Had to pay it again. Staff on site were friendly, attentive and helpful

First time using fast park entering was fine, key pick up process and locating car was ok too but as we approached the exit barrier the barrier didn’t lift, very poor lighting and signage on ticket machine, eventually worked out we had to get a ticket that then opened the barrier, then approached another barrier put in ticket and we were charged £4 to be able to exit, sorry but I not impressed that I had to pay £4 to get out after I’d already paid for my parking. Won’t be using this service again back to using the multi storey parking you offer

Very difficult to find spaces!! Cars parked dangerously outside spaces on verges and roadside.

Stay is fine web site yet again slow - today tried to book a space for business trip next week. Site takes me everywhere apart from car parking. You need fast options for business travellers / parking nail it!!!get the web site simple easy 5/5

We had booked and paid in advance.The entry and parking was as explained and expected; however on trying to leave the car park, the machine indicated that we owed £270! This was resolved quickly but at 2 o’clock in the morning it was hassle we didn’t need!

On my departure I could not get through the barrier, as it was asking me for £150.00 which I did not have, I pressed for assistance and there was no one available, I went to the office and there was no one available, this was at 23.30pm, I have never experienced this in all the times I have used the airport parking

Very Busy - Difficult to find a space. I’ve used this many times before and never had an issue. On return the machine hadn’t collected our registration number on entry so we were told we owed £270. This was resolved quickly but staff over an intercom.

Had to change our original booking from 10 days to 7 days It was an amendment yet had to pay a considerable amount of extra money! Don’t think that’s fair especially being a regular booker!

The pedestrian footpath to the terminal was incomplete, unlevel and indistinct in parts in the early morning darkness. On our return the unlevel kerb areas around the speed bumps were full of water and we had to lift our suitcases over the giant puddles. Just as well we were young and fit enough for the parking challenge.

Multi storey access unclear. Too easy to end up in pickup area (as we did). This has happened to us before. Otherwise happy with parking.

Every time I book pre paid parking here, it never recognises you have pre paid and you are asked to pay the full rate.
