“We used the Fastpark option for our stay in October 2022, the location looked very good as we were able to park close by. The key drop off process was prolonged with the tag attachment not as shown on the video (youtube) which was confusing. Upon return the keys were not in the box, along with perhaps 6 other owners. We had to find 'reception' which was not obvious, a member of staff eventually appeared from a side door and after another prolonged delay found our keys. This was certainly not the experience it should have been for £79.99.”
“We arrived at the car park but didn't receive any automated ticket at the gateway, this left us worrying as it stated on line that we should have. It also states that if parked in the wrong car park we could pay more which didn't improve our concerns. Otherwise the bus transfer was fine.”
“Booking the parking was easy. Price was good. But I didn’t realise there was no longer a busy from the long stay. Wasn’t a problem to walk just wish it was made known to me before I arrived at parking. Also on way out it didn’t register my license plate and that I had booked because the gate price was 178£. Luckily the person on the buzzer helped very quickly by asking for my license plate. Phew!!!”

“ANPR misread numberplate. On exit, instead of raising barrier the system raised a charge for £90! Fotunately a colleague answered intercom quickly abandoned resolved the problem. Some difficulty finding space on entry. Possible overbooking”
“On our return we had to wait ten minutes or so for our key, there were two or three families in front of us who had been waiting at least an hour for their keys, the older gentleman dealing with the return of the keys was very belligerent with everyone stating that he was short of staff and was trying his best.
Overall I wouldn’t use this facility again as I didn’t pay to have to wait for my car to be brought forward.”
“When you arrive back in the dark and not local there is hardly any signposts telling you how to find the long stay parking when we eventually found our car we then couldn’t get out of car park our pre paid ticket wouldn’t let us out until we paid £176 !! We required help which took some time”
“The parking is really close to the airport, but the car park spaces are over purchased, so you can end up spending a bit of time finding or waiting for a space. If you can’t find one, there is no option to purchase to go into the multi-story so the process can get a bit frustrating if you are running late for a flight.”
“Long stay parking - A nice little walk to the terminal before/after sitting on a plane for a while. We had no problems getting in or out of the secure area. I'm sure booking in advance would get a better deal, but £40 for less than 48 hours of parking (booked 2 days before) is tough to take.”

Was given directions when booked long stay parking at terminal parking.
Last roundabout has misleading signs .." coach parking". I ended up on drop off paying £4 for no reason.
On second attempt to get entrance for terminal we could see two other drivers circling the roundabout twice to find terminal parking. Obviously just not us that had the problem”
“We pre paid our parking, but when we tried to get out a few days later the machine demanded £40 which we had to pay to get out as there was nobody to help despite instructions to press bell on machine for help , still trying to sort it out,!!”
“Entry was a little bit disorganised as the barrier wasn’t working, when we got back the power was off so we had to wait while they looked through boxes for out keys and were sent with a torch to find our car, probably not best value for money 🤔”
