Had pre-booked short stay car park but there were no spaces, one of the staff told me to go into the multi-storey car park I returned after a day away and put my ticket in and suddenly it said i was being charged with another £50 Luckily i had my booking form with me so could quote that to another member of staff who let me through. So my leanings are - don't expect a space even though you have pre-booked and paid, make sure you take your booking reference even though you shouldn't need it

My flight was about 30 minutes late leaving because ground staff had not prepared the plane for departure. This is probably indicative of an organisation being too focused on profit and under funding it's facilities. In other words driven by greed at the expense of users. Sad.

I've used the terminal surface parking many times before and the service was good, as it should be at a marginally increased price. However; I had pre-paid parking for an office trip to Madrid last weekend, we landed at midnight tired & frazzled only to find that I would have to pay £119 to get out the car park, made worse by the fact that both of the machines closest to the barrier weren't working! ... ... thankfully I managed to find a reference to the initial payment on my iPhone, which allowed me to get home.

Hi, Yesterday was the first time I have used the mid-stay car park and I will not be using it again. I arrived yesterday morning (6:25am) having pre-booked beforehand expecting to park and walk in to the terminal. However, I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to find a space - there were none! In the end I parked in a white chevron area at the end of a row, following the lead of other vehicles that had been abandoned on pavements and at the end of the rows. Flying is stressful enough without the added hassle of not being able to park your car in a pre-paid parking area. There was a double gate that led into the adjacent car park but it was closed? Could this have been opened up? Probably not? However, it appears that the booking system does not correlate to the actual number of available spaces? Surely you can come up a better management system for this car park? Regards Colin Booking Ref: EDI-MSHP-3189961

The price we got for a weeks parking in October was brilliant and cheaper than previous encounters at Glasgow airport but it was a stressful experience due to poor sign posting . We weren't fully sure we had parked in the right car park until we got home and left the car park - for visitors it needs to be made more clear. We also took a wrong turn trying to get on Glasgow bound M8 again due to poor signs which should be more prominent .

Please sort out the disfunctional mid-stay car park. Payment problems, scanning at the barrier, lack of spaces forcing crazy parking, ineffective customer support.... I'm a regular here due to price/walk and this has been poor thus far. I'm a regular in Terminal and Long Stay and haven't had these issues. Seriously below par.

When we returned from our holiday the office was unmanned, there was a bell that apparently on speaking to the person is charge wasn't working. We waited 20 minutes pressing the bell and calling the phone number no response. When the people who were working turned up they said they had to go and get the cars together. They were stretched today. No apology, I had better service using maple manor. I wouldn't use this service again

Need more staff to direct people whilst work is ongoing with terminal. Couldn't find access to multi-storey and no signs as far as I could see. Whole airport is a bit of a joke just now. Took almost 70 mins from plane landing to getting into car. 25 mins to get to border control, another 20+ mins getting through border control, then time to get bags, get into car park etc. Not enough staff all round. Not very good end to holiday.

I booked this over the Internet which was very easy. When we arrived we had to find a parking space then get on a bus to the terminal which we found was not a good experience. When we arrived home we had a distance to walk to find the bus to take us back to our bus stop to find our car. Once in our car we went to the exit and put our ticker into the machine and it came up string that we owed them £245!!!! We could not believe it, we tried again and the same thing happened. Hubby was very frustrated by this so I got out and pressed a buzzer at the side and managed to speak to someone. Once I had given him our name he told up to put the ticket back into the machine and he let us out. I'm not sure we would use Edinburgh Airport parking again.

Parked in the long stay car park, which I haven't used for years. Instead of the transfer bus dropping right outside the terminal, it felt like miles away. Please consider moving the drop off location nearer the terminal.

I personally dread parking at Edinburgh Airport, even although it is my local airport and I have parked at it many times. The signage to the car park is poor and the system to park is complicated where you go through two barriers and even then you are not sure if you going to the right place. Upon booking, I thought I would receive an email to confirm this but no email ever came. Lastly, although I was putting this through on expenses, the amount charged for parking is eye watering. The only reason I used it was because my flight was very early and I wanted to be as close as possible. Rest assured if I go to park at Edinburgh Airport again I will use a car park that is further away with a shuttle bus and save myself some money. At least I will know where to go! As airport parking goes, I would rate Edinburgh as the worst I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Felt that a 15min wait was unnacceptable for the shuttle bus. Due to the number of customers using your service, the bus was packed and potentially dangerous as a result. 2 buses should be used, it seemed like only one was in use at 3.20pm on Thursday 6th October.

Valet parking excellent. Easy to find and use. Airport disappointing on return! We arrived about 0800 on Wednesday 5th Oct. Quick pass through passport control only to find Gents toilets being cleaned and thus unavailable to the many who needed that service. Disappointment compounded by long delay - fot unexplained reason - for baggage to arrive for the two international flights which had arrived! As a Scot I am concerned that this is the service which greets visitors to my country - and at an airport with aspirations to be an international hub!

Why did I need to re-enter my ticket at a second barrier before I got into the MLC? Ridiculously expensive! £1 per hour would be more like it!

We paid for our parking online (2 week stay). At the exit barrier, on inserting ticket, we were advised we were to pay £440!! We were able to talk to a member of staff and the barrier was eventually lifted. So much for number plate recognition! Not what we needed at 12.40am.

I booked on an IPad with no opportunity to print immediately. The page was not retrievable later and I received no email to confirm payment .This caused some concern. On leaving one week later my registration number was not recognised. After phoning, your operator was able to let me out on basis of my registration number. Signage is abysmal. On leaving the roundabout one is confronted by entrances to several car parks. Like another driver I had to stop and ask for directions. She at least had received details from you but was still unsure. What would be wrong with erecting some signs over the entrances to the various car parks? Next time I will take a taxi!

Expensive, even with a discount because I was not going to book on-line, captive market and it shows in the charges. Number plate recognition system did not work at the exit so I had to find the paper copy I had printed-off, just as well, difficult to see at night could do with some better lighting at the barriers.

There were no signs to show the way to the pick up for the Long Stay Carpark. We saw one sign on leaving the terminal stating it was at Bus Stop 10 but no indication where Bus Stop 10 was. Only found it after asking airport and tram employees on our search. When we parked the car it was early morning and we were late so had no time to check stops out at that stage and my husband who has walking difficulties found it a long way from the drop off and pick up to the terminal. Within the car park itself every thing was straight forward and easy.

I prepaid my parking but on exit, I was asked to pay £310. On querying this, I was allowed through with no apology whatsoever. A few months earlier, a similar demand was made after using the car park.
