On Easyjet from Venice on Sunday 25th Sept we were held on plane 10 mins waiting for airbridge to be connected. Bags were not delivered until 40 mins after landing. The area around the 'Edinburgh' sign (particularly the adjacent shrub beds) were strewn with litter and gave a particularly bad first impression. All in all a pretty poor performance.

Found Edinburgh Airport to be difficult to navigate and seemed more like a shopping mall than an airport. Far too far for someone disabled to have to walk both outbound and inbound. Inadequately signposting within the terminal. Duty free is too long and caused me distress as I have bad allergies but we could not find a way of avoiding this. We used the multi storey parking as I have a Blue Badge and found this to be one hundred percent although expensive for disabled to have to pay to use and felt penalised as I find walking difficult but not at the stage of needing a wheelchair.

We booked this car park thinking that we were obtaining a reasonable service, our flight was delayed due to no fault of our own which put us into another day at the car park, no flexibility at all an extra £24 had to be paid. Will not use your parking again.

The car parking is extremely expensive. The bus service from the long term car park is strange. The bus only takes you half way and is very infrequent. It is quicker to walk. The signage within the long term car park is not very good.

Exceedingly expensive to use the Multi Storey. In addition the entrance ramp has been made dangerously narrow by the addition of tall plastic cones? Complete madness and an accident waiting to happen.

Ridiculously high car parking pricing. Waited 20 minutes for shuttle bus to long stay car park.

Normally no problem but being an irregular user I ended up booking the 'mid stay ' carpark on-line but parked in the 'short stay' one which I now think must be called something else - the machine on entry quite happily printed my car registration number onto my ticket so I presumed all was well. On leaving 2 days later I was told by the exit machine I owed well over £119 (approx) in addition to the £53 I had already paid! I spoke to the 'machine-man' who took my reg number (SN16WPT) and explained to me I had gone to the wrong carpark - he said he would sort it (I hope so) and let me out! I realise it was my error but the new parking system I found very confusing. Thank you Eric Walker

Any one can drive out your car as the barriers are wide open. They said it is fully protected but in real life it is just same like any car park. It is not worth this money £89 for week. Get cheaper option outside airport

I always pre-book parking at Edinburgh airport however frequently when I get to the exit barrier I am required to use the intercom to contact the operator to have my ticket validated. I have also realised that the discount offered by pre-booking is minimal and may not be worth the effort. Yesterday I pre-booked and was change something like £41.50. The pay on the day price was £42.

After landing at the new terminal and going through security it took 25 minutes for the baggage handlers to remove approximately 50 pieces of hold luggage and get it to the belt which was about 50 metres away had they bothered to get a move on I would have been able to get to my train on time, but as usual at Edinburgh airport this was not the case and i had to pay £140 for a taxi back to Dundee,it was bad enough that Easy Jet were late yet again but this just put the tin hat on it,this was 4 weeks ago,Then again yesterday Easy jet were late again and we were subjected to being hearded in to 2 buses from the new terminal to the old terminal building why i don't know what was the point of the new terminal building if it only gets used occasionally. Why was all this money spent on building a new terminal and not use it, I personally think Edinburgh Airport should look at why it takes so long to get luggage to the belt it felt like somebody stopped for a tea break or just thought it's an Easy Jet flight you get what you pay for, very unsatisfied customer who will now avoid Edinburgh airport if it can be helped.

Vastly overpriced. Inconsistent pricing model and initial prices are misleading as subsequent screens offer cheaper prices.

The barrier would not open when exiting and said I owed double what I had already pre paid online. Had to call for assistance to get it resolved while holding up people behind me. The person in front of me appeared to have a similar problem. I can't see why the barrier can't open after reading the registration to avoid this.

I had pre-booked & paid. I was under the impression this was a car registration recognition system, but I had to get a card and keep it for return. I was confused as the entrance was also for free drop off passengers or so it seemed to sign - which I found confusing. Upon returning at 03.00hrs 10 days later I entered ticket into barrier and it said I owed £180. There was other explanation. Another car drove up and had similar experience and told me that this happens a lot. Eventually I managed to get someone on the intercom and explain. After giving him my reference Nos the barrier was raised and after 15 minutes messing about and extremely tired and frustrated we were able to leave. I do not think I shall be using this parking facility again.

I booked Terminal Surface car parking (Ref No EDI-TSOS-3124190) from 9 - 17 September 2016. I followed your instructions to leave the car but on my return, when I went to the barrier with my ticket (which had my car reg. number on it from entry) the barrier screen came up with a message that I owed £265. Your instructions say that the system checks my details and the barrier will open. This did not happen. When I pressed the button for help, the operator asked me for my ref.no. which I gave and the barrier opened (no explanation or apology) . This was not part of your instruction and it is not a good experience to be suddenly faced with a bill for £265 because of the failure of your system. Not happy to use your park again.

The booking and arrival experience was very good. However my return collection was very poor. There is no 'inspection' as described on the collection leaflet, merely someone handing you the keys and pointing at the car. When I got to it I had no rear number late. It was clearly very obvious (it's a high freelander) and should have been noticed before I arrived, surely the staff walk around the car to make sure it's in the same condition as it arrived! The staff looked like I was causing them hassle, but checked the photo and agreed it had a plate when I arrived. The guy then went back and found it in the car park space the car had been left it. No apology, just a sense that I had put him out. I agree I was annoyed (I could have been on a bus and off to an offsite car park quicker) but the attitude and sarcasm was unacceptable. I paid for a premium service and didn't get it. I am weekly commuter and will be back to my offsite car park tomorrow where the staff are brilliant and service is great. I doubt I'll get any reply from you, or an offer of a future discount, but at least you have my feedback and hopefully others won't suffer avoidable delays and poor service.

I had pre-booked weeks ago and on arriving at the carpark was told that spaces were very limited and if I couldn't find one I was to come back down and they would find a space. The signs showed 4 spaces on the 2nd floor however after driving round this was not the case. There were four spaces but these had cones and ropes and I had to go to the 3rd floor instead where I eventually found the last space. Very disappointing.

Booking was easy, reception was fine, price was fine. Finding a space on arrival was difficult and time consuming. Some drivers had ended up parking in roadway junctions, making manoeuvring round corners difficult. Bus pick up in car park was fine. Dumping departing passengers with their luggage at a bus stop well over three hundred yards from the airport was not fine. Indeed it's unacceptable and you failed to highlight the lengthy walk in the booking process. Last time I used the service buses came and went from in front of the terminal. On getting off the bus there were no trollies available, no information about where to find them and no staff to help. Those who have disabilities might struggle, as I did, having to drag their cases over the uneven walkway surface. In the last 100 yards before the terminal there is open ground, with no cover from the weather, but crossing it makes the shortest route to the terminal. However signage directed us to take the long way round thus, again, showing how little thought has been given to those with mobility problems. The return journey was even grimmer. Signs in the airport were poor - I saw no sign at international arrivals or in the main concourse directing passengers to anything like a 'longstay car park' or buses for this. Just signs saying variously 'Exit' and 'Car park'. Outside an airport door I found a sign indicating that stop 10 was for a longstay car park but no indication that this was Edinburgh airport's longstay carpark. We therefore simply decided to go back the way we had come and made the return journey along the still uneven and poorly lit walkway (8.30 pm). We waited nearly 10 minutes in the rain and cold for a bus. Other buses for rival car parks came and went twice as we waited. There was no information about frequency of buses and no information that you actually run a bus to the longstay car park at all from that stance. When a bus finally arrived it went from bus stop 1 directly to stop 3 and omitted 2. Was I supposed to tell the driver if I wanted 2? He didn't ask where anyone was going. I have used longstay car parks in Glasgow airport which work much better.
