I returned to my car to find a dent in the driver's door. So far I have had no response from Edinburgh Airport Parking despite numerous emails. Very poor customer service.

In 2014 it cost me £72.99 for 28 days valet parking. In 2015 it cost me £79.99 for 28 days valet parking. In 2016 it cost me ££117.99 for 28 days valet parking. For 2017 you are quoting an outrageous £228.99 - that is over 300% increase since 2014. But for 25 days (who goes on holiday for 25 days? 21 yes, 28 yes) an acceptable £99.99. How can you justify the difference in price from 25 to 28 days? Actually, you can't.

Poor for the 3rd time now. Every time I pre-pay and I very time I have to phone for assistance. Would not be so bad if I wasint left waiting for 15minutes. Will look to fly from Glasgow when possible now.

Your charges are disgustingly expensive. You know you have a captive market and you exploit that remorselessly. I don't expect a reply because you don't care, but you asked for my views...!

Second time I have paid for Fast Track Parking at Edinburgh Airport, and the second time I couldn't get a Fast Track parking bay as they were all in use. Completely pointless.

Flights in and out were great airport is nice well looked after. I chose the on airport parking what a disaster. When I returned on Sunday late afternoon the cars trying to get out were at a complete stand still. Over 50 mins to get out of the airport. No one attempted to assist the traffic in any way. Horrendous I will never use Edinburgh airport again.

We landed on Jet2 flight from Faro at 1400 yesterday (7/8/17). We were delighted that our flight landed earlier than scheduled, only to be stuck in the car park grid lock for TWO HOURS. Yes, it took us 2 whole hours to get out of the terminal surface car park, the same car par we had paid handsomely to use. This is the 2nd time I've used Edinburgh airport parking and this experience has made me reluctant to ever park here again. I will also think twice about flying from Edinburgh full at all. I phoned the number on my paper work to be told that Truck Fest at Ingliston meant that there was a lot of traffic, causing the hold up. I was also advised that the Police were on their way to direct the flow of traffic. I have yet to see a Police Officer on site or outside. Surely, the airport, knowing that the second largest event of the year was taking place, should have had traffic management in place BEFORE it reached this level of chaos. Not only was it chaotic, it was downright dangerous as some drivers resorted to illegal manoeuvres and risky behaviour. I could not be less satisfied with this appalling situation and I would gladly speak to someone about it, should you require further information. My number is 07732891523

Charged an additional £10 presumably because we were a couple of hours beyond our original booking, an hour if which was due to time it took to recover our bags. I assumed that once you were booked in for 17 days charges would be to the nearest 24 hours. Then took about 45 mins to get out of the car park and airport because of traffic chaos. A complete embarrassment of how we treat visitors to Scotland.

Would not refund parking charge when we had to change travel plans due to death of father. Told on phone that terms and conditions applied. No sympathy expressed.

I had booked and paid for fifteen nights at a cost of £129.99, excellent parking was convenient to the airport and as we were bringing our five year old granddaughter back from America with us thought it would be so much more convenient than parking further afield and using a shuttle bus which you have to call up and wait for usually in wet weather conditions. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to delay our flight by an extra two days but thought there would be no problem it would be a matter of checking in with the parking office and paying the difference which we did the chap at the desk very unhelpful and quite honestly pretty narky you would think it was him that came off the overnight flight from America pointed across at a pay machine and said stick your card in over there.I had put the parking ticket into the machine before I noticed the warning taped on to the body of the unit stating cash only but to our horror the display was asking for £136. We tried to get as much cash as we could together and started to feed it in, some notes were being rejected and after about five minutes the ticket was fed back out so we assumed the amount was paid. We went back over to the chap in the kiosk who more or less was saying what now to tell him we were not amused with the situation and he more or less said what do you expect that is the price you pay for parking hear and these are the penalties for over staying by two days. That wasn't the end wh en we ot to the barrier it wouldn't open as the display was showing that we owed £136. I pressed the intercom button and the grump on the other end said what now as if he was expecting it, so his answer was put your credit card in now and that will let you out so I said no way I have already paid with cash at the machine I am not going to pay again so with a few muttering so he said put your ticket in so the barrier opened what a hassle never again so after telling a number of colleagues how convenient the multi storey was and especially if you have children trailing along after a long flight I am going to have to get back to them and make them aware of our experience.

Having checked the rates for parking at the airport, I opted to use the “official” airport parking on the terminal surface, for which I was given a price of £34.99. Not the least expensive, but nearest to the terminal and no requirement to use an additional bus service. I did not book the parking online as I believed this was the tariff for parking at this location. I arrived at 4:20 pm on Wednesday 27th July in plenty of time for my flight. Having returned at 8:00 pm on Thursday 28th July I proceeded to the payment station where I was advised that the charge for my 28 hour parking was £84.00. I had no option but to pay the charge as no one was available, having pushed the assistance button, I was advised by the person that I would need to take this up with the airport as Empark do not set the charges.

I paid over £130 for seven nights parking , but when I returned and tried to drive out , when I put my ticket in , it demanded £51 , I was let out by proving I had pre paid my parking , but it begs the question, I could have just parked and paid on the way out for less than pre paying !

Absolutely terrifying cost of parking a car in this car park dont go near it i parked for 2 weeks it cost me £217.15 what a disgrace i will tell anyone and everyone not to use this car park disgraceful charges

Edinburgh airport parking is extortionately expensive. As a regular traveller (weekly) it would be good to see a membership scheme for regular users with discounted rates.

After booking with you, my flight times were changed, I attempted to change my flight times using the online wizard, this would not allow me to change. I telephoned your office but was told that I would have to cancel and rebook, your member of staff was rude and unhelpful so I did cancel but rebooked with a different company. Would not use your company or recommend.

Despite booking surface parking I could find no space when I arrived. I spent about 15 mins driving around unsuccessfully looking for one and eventually had to use the multi storey parking at great additional expense. The staff in the office were of little help, telling me that there was space in an 'overflow' area. By then I had to rush for my flight anyway.

I booked parking for 16 days for around £95, but made a mistake on the booking and left the leave time blank and it reverted to 12pm. As a result I was 9 hours over. Fair enough, my fault and I expected to pay the extra. However to be charged £36 for this was extortionate and I feel ripped off. I expect this in the T&Cs but this is not treating your customers fairly.

There was no parking at all in the surface car park on arrival and I gad to circle to find someone leaving and wait for them. Not a good moment when arriving for a plane.

I was charged £86 for 2 days parking, it was £46 I think when I booked originally and I was booked in until 6pm on Friday night last week, my flight was late and when I went to the barrier to exit had to pay £86 , my flight was late and I didn't arrive until 7pm and then was delayed with getting off the flight due to a lack of front and rear steps- my registration is YS17 BBX
