My Air Canada flight (AC 1904 on 27/9/17) was delayed for some 4 hours due to reasons beyond my control. I had allowed a generous margin for returning to my car but ended up exceeding this by some 3.5 hours and was charged a punitive £12.50 on top of the £76.99 already paid in advance. Detailed perusal of the small print on your web site (not on the documentation actually sent to me) revealed that I had been charged the equivalent 'walk-up' rate for the period that I had overstayed my booking. My dissatisfaction relates to these two elements: the lack of easily accessible information about the consequences of overstaying, and the punitive rates then charged. It is also disappointing to note that there appears to be no integration with the airport's information on flight delays. All in all, a sour note at the end of my holiday, and a strong disincentive to use your parking services again.

Despite paying a considerable amount in advance for a very short stay I was fleeced for an extra £13 before being able to exit with no help button to contact anyone from the barrier station.

On the website the bus was every 5 months no I had to wait at least 10 mins for the bus to arrive, then we waited at the Hilton Hotel while the people who were waiting decided whether it was the right bus. The bus driver never moved, I nearly got off the bus myself to tell them it was the right bus!! I had to pay fast track security as I was so delayed due to an apathetic bus driver

I have tried to contact you several times, i have not booked any parking with you. I think this should be samandtony @gmail.com I am forever receiving their mail. Tried contacting them but still it comes. Some of their correspondence is quite sensitive. So I am saying Very Poor because you failed to respond. Unfortunately I have never been to Edinburgh let alone the airport. Oh, I am not Samantha. Sam is my nickname.

This is the third time I have booked and prepaid only find the parking ticket does not work on exit. You need the booking reference to get out the carpark. Don't see the point in issuing ticket.

Despite having prior knowledge of the airport parking layout, I had great difficulty in locating the terminal surface parking area in the 3.45am darkness due to the new confusing signposting following recent changes. I ended up going through the drop off area and mid-stay before being able to get directions by pressing the button on an exit post. I then followed the car in front of me into a coach only entrance and had to make a three point turn to escape. I hit my front bumper on the kerb which was below my sight line, causing ~£1,000 worth of damage. If I never see Edinburgh Airport again it will be too soon.

We were flying off for a week on this occasion, so booked into the long stay car-park (no problems there, price is reasonable and shuttle reliable). Our major gripe is with the short stay parking prices; these are outrageous and it angers me greatly that to pick someone up at Edinburgh airport costs typically £10-£12 (i.e. 40-50 mins in the short stay car-park). It has to be the most expensive in the U.K., certainly Glasgow & Prestwick are considerable cheaper), and there is no justification for such high tariffs. Hang your head in shame Edinburgh Airport!

Although I prepaid for my parking I had to pay again to exit the car park, so now awaiting reply to my request for a refund. Also note that prepaying was more expensive than paying on the day so the advertised discount would appear to be a con.

Edinburgh airport parking is a complete total and utter swizz for pickups and dropoffs.... Often the queues in/out of the paid for dropoff area are that bad you endup having to pay the £3 charge not £1..... Also, the surface carpark, who thinks that £14 is a sensible amount to pay for 1-2hours... ? The "long stay" short stay car park is that far away that the "free" 0-10min fee is never applicable other than a drop off, and you might as well do so at the Hilton!

Massive overcrowding, had to circle 5 times before a space became available and lots of illegal parking

The surface parking exit on Sunday pm was a complete joke. There were taxis dropping off causing mayhem, buses entering the flow and the sheer weight of cars leaving meant it took close to a hour to leave. the whole system flow is flawed and not solely focused on the car park users. You need more signage for people to pay before leaving as some cars were being abandoned near the barrier. All in all... Very poor experience

This was my first ever experience with prebooking in an airport carpark and it was such a hassle. It was terrible. My car registration was not recognised by cameras at the terminal parking ticket barrier (the email i received however said my car reg would be recognised and a ticket automatically printed). Then I had no option but to print a ticket as there was no intercom button to speak to someone for assisstance. The car reg it printed on the ticket was not even mine. There is a fault in your cameras/ticket printing. I spoke to the carpark customer service and they kept saying the car reg printed on the ticket is mine but it wasnt and i gave my booking ref. And he said when you return press the intercom button at the barrier and give your booking ref (what a bloody hassle, i paid so much and have to go through that? Terrible service.). Then when i did return i thought i'd speak to the carpark customer service again. The guy sitting there had no smile, he had a cold look and overall unfriendly. I had to repeat the same shit twice. He wasnt listening to me and kept asking for my ticket over and over without saying why. It made me really confused and then i gave it to him and he scanned it maybe to overwrite the ticket with my booking ref. Thinking back why didnt the guy in the beginning do that? But what a hassle it was to go through that. First and last.

Yet again on a Sunday it took 30 minutes to get out of the surface parking due to excess traffic. You cannot continue to call this a service whilst not addressing the traffic flow on exit

27 August, 2017 - Jet2 flight from Alicante landed at 3:00pm. Half an hour to get plane parked, steps on. Then a very long time us from plane to arrivals. Passport control was very good. However, this is when it all really went bad. After 30 minutes waiting for bags I asked the Jet2 rep what was going on. After some investigation the bags had been delivered to the wrong belt. This belt was in a different arrivals hall so all of the bags had to be collected from the belts then delivered to the collect belt. It took over an hour from start to finish. Landed at 3:00pm but didn't get out until 4:50pm. To give this some context. I live approximately 25 minutes from Newcastle Airport. I flew into Newcastle Airport in May. From the time we touched down to when I got home was one hour exactly. So that was 35 minutes for me to get through passport control, collect my bags and get to my car. This level of service is pretty standard at Newcastle Airport. Also your Long Stay car park bus stop is very poorly sign posted - go and have a look yourself. Plenty of signage for the mid-stay bus stop but nothing for long stay. I had to ask somebody. And why are the bus stops so far away from the terminal. At Newcastle airport they are just outside the terminal, like any normal airport. It saved me £500 for me and my family flying from Edinburgh instead of Newcastle. Perhaps the saving is not worth the terrible set up at Edinburgh.
