“Very upset that we went to usual bus stands and told Long Stay bus now picks up nearer airport(great but no notices!). Was told Stand C - wheres that? End up it was Stand A. Driver was no use - when I asked him about it he said "I don't go into airport so don't know"!
And when I was looking for bus and went back into airport(at about midnight with daughter waiting outside) there was NOT ONE SINGLE airport person(rep, employee, guard, cleaner)in the whole building!! What if someone was ill or needed asistance??

“The parking was fine. I booked in advance and paid for £64 for parking and fastrack. When I tried to exit the car park, I was asked to pay £51.00. Despite quoting my reservation reference number I was still told I had to pay. Very frustrating and this is not the first time this has happened to me.”
“Failure to advise of change of name of car park or location of bus collection point while out of country. Bus driver drove past ourselves and others who were standing at old stop and gave no indication that a change had been made.”
“Used many times before however this was ridiculous, after waiting 10 minutes at stance 10 for the long stay bus with about 20 other people, another bus driver called to us and said that we now had to walk all the way back to stance A, which is much closer and better had we known, this was a new change from 1st July, none of us had obviously been informed, and there were no notices telling us all as we passed stance A. Once on, bus driver was no problem but there were now more people waiting at stance 10 and our driver did not inform them. We will use again but we will be aware this time.”
“I drove for 20 minutes trying to find a space and ended up parking further away than the buses that bring you from the other car parks. I was on crutches and in a moon boot so booked this parking as it said a 2 minute walk. I should have used the usual company and saved my time, money, energy and also not got soaked in the process. If you pay in advance for parking surely you should be guaranteed a space closer to the terminal?”
“It is always very difficult to find any free spaces. A number of cars were parked on the roads or even sidewalks. At the time of collection of the car, the automatic system at the bariers indicated I had to pay additional £255. This was thankfully resolved by a very arogant car park operator.”

“We arrived in good time to park our car for a week's holiday. Unfortunately the car park was full, so we were directed to another car park near by. It too was full but there was no alternative provided. We had to leave our car half on the path and half on the road (as were many other cars) as there were no spaces left in the parking bays. I think this is completely unacceptable when you pay for secure parking.”
“Hugely over-priced due to their monopoly position and number of business users, car reg recognition system totally hopeless - have literally used the car park hundreds of times and NOT ONCE has the system worked which means me ALWAYS having to call the operator to provide my booking ref. Shambolic and over-priced - just like the rest of the airport.”
“Unfortunately, my car broke down the day before we were due to depart. I tried to cancel the parking but as it was within the 24 hours notice period (13 hours notice) it was refused. I appreciate that's your policy but due to unforeseen circumstances you could've made an exception.”
“I booked for one date but the system reverted back to the day after I was entering the details of the booking and I did not notice. When I phoned up to cancel the booking as I could no longer make the date that I thought I had booked for ..the date was pointed out to me ... at that time you knew my car was not in the garage but still would not refund me either the full amount or the prorata amount of the time left on the booking... So I ended up paying for parking that I never used .. and it was expensive... the system should be quality controlled...”
“For the last two weeks it has been impossible to get out of the car park in the evening. On Wednesday 21st June 2017 - it was the worst. I arrived at my car at 17:25 and did not reach the barrier to get out the car park until 18:10 - I can normally drive home to Perth in that time (obviously when the traffic is good). The traffic flow to get in and out of Edinburgh airport has been getting steadily worse over the last couple of years. I am travelling for business again next week, and if the traffic is bad again I am seriously considering looking at travelling from Glasgow airport.”
