“Be very very careful when using Valet Parking
Take pictures of your car when you hand in and ask the attendant to verify that your car is unmarked.
My whole experience has been very stressful and time consuming but sadly not surprising after reading what I have subsequently saw on social media”
“When you book online the system doesn't recognise it so I went to the barrier as instructed, pressed the intercom then the guy on the other end couldn't find my booking so i had to find a reference number. Its not very slick at all. Book online in advance as its double the price if you don't. The bus was good!!!”
“The website user journey is awful. I made an error booking because the usability is so complicated and had to cancel the booking. In the end I was charged £10 to cancel my booking (plus the card fees). Edinburgh airport parking website is misleading and drives any form of profitability with very little ethics.”

“I've used the car park frequently - from main surface, valet and multi storey fast track both for work and family but my last visit was unnecessarily stressful.
We arrived at 4am on Monday 3rd July to park at the multi storey fast track. The gate did not automatically open and provide ticket. This worries me slightly and my worries were correct when we arrived back on the 17th and when exiting the car park I was told my payment due was over £600!!! This was the last thing I needed.
I had to buzz through and speak to someone who then asked for our booking reference which meant rifling through bags to find the paperwork etc. It was all eventually sorted and we were allowed on our way but not after a lot of stress and dirtly looks from the cars we were holding up.
Far from ideal end to the holiday.”

“Returned after 3 weeks away to find that the pick up had moved to Stance A but this was badly signed and the entrance we came out had no signs at all,we were not the only people left confused.This was made worse by a very rude driver of your bus .”
“My experience upon arrival was not good. After driving down a number (many) of traffic lanes some of which had been blocked in one lane by cars parked outwith a recognised parking bay I myself was unable to find a vacant bay. Eventually I spotted a person walking and waited for him to get to his car and drive off so that I could use the vacated space. The car park was, as far as I was concerned, full. As I had pre booked and paid for parking I would expect not to be inconvenienced in this way ---- it could in extremis lead to a missed flight.”
“We arrived at the car park in plenty of time for our flight but found the car park to be almost full! After driving up and down the bays we eventually found somebody leaving a parking bay up at the very top, east of the tower. Unfortunately the adjacent bay had an Audi in it that was almost across the line. I managed to park in this bay after several cuts.”
“I booked my parking for 16 days (124 pounds) but due to a change of plan i extended my trip by one day. The cost of this was an outrageous 47 pounds for an extra 17 hours (600% increase than the daily rate) !!!.
I am a frequent traveler and this is the first time I have used this car park and I feel as though I have been robbed. Taking advantage of customers who's plans change is most certainly NOT the way to promote repeat custom or spread word of mouth through recommendation. The car park and position is good but like many other customers I did not read the T&C when I booked the car park and would not use, recommend this car park to any of my friends or colleagues on business travel until your T&C have been revised. Feel very let Down.”
“booked a space within 24hrs of departure but unfortunately had to cancel 2 hours later as my son was taken to hospital. Phoned asking for a refund (approx £56) to be told by a very rude person that I needed to read the terms and conditions. When I tried to explain she talked over the top of me and when i explained she was being rude she hungup the phone.... clearly Edinburgh Parking need a to learn about customer experience”

Approx £134.00 - 9 Days
No greeting on arrival.
No mileage inspection of car.
No photo inspection of car.
On return.
Car parked in space where you can't get luggage bag through between cars.
No ticket given for exit.
No advice given for exit.
Had to ask if exit was car plate recognition.
All in all this was a bad experience although it has been good in the past.
This time I have rated this a zero out of ten.
Standards have certainly fallen.”

“I was ok with the parking, it was just parking. Now I am really annoyed having tried to book some more parking with the 10 % discount that was promised with my writing a review. It is not possible to use the discount. I have phoned up and been told they have many complaints about it but no one will be bothered to correct or honer the discount with the company. What a bunch of charlatans these parking people are simply assuming we are all stupid and wont look for parking somewhere else. Try Scotpark they were quite good in the past.”
