I’ve used the fast park around 10 times and every time my car is parked in some of the furthest away bays in the area. In yet to find my car parked close to the terminal / key drop.

Seat, air con, music system all adjusted from my presets. Felt violated. Staff member apologised on site.

It was ok; handy for terminal; a bit of a faff getting the label for your key; disappointing there isnt more shelter from the elements when you park or a fully covered walkway from Fastpark to the terminal given the price paid; easy enough collecting keys on return; yet another Edinburgh airport faff getting out of the carpark having to go through 2 barriers, one of which tried to charge me £7.

I parked in Orange zone not knowing it was way up the back so when leaving to come home there were all the other cars feeding on to exit road from other parking areas which meant it took forever to get away from airport area.

I have used the Fast Park on numerous occasions, and overall, I prefer to use it. But recently, I seem to have issues on exiting the car park, as the initial exit barrier doesn't open with car registration, and have had to take a ticket, then on the 2nd exit barrier, it tries to charge me, and have had to buzz the help button. It should be an easy process surely! I also use the long stay car park regularly for picking up and dropping off, and I find that 30 minutes is not long enough, I often have to rush to and from the terminal to make it back out of the car park in time. I'm fit and able bodied, and if I struggle, I'd hate to think how difficult it is for those people that are not as able bodied as I am, or indeed, the elderly. May I suggest, even just an extra 15 minutes, especially in these busy times where you're having to navigate through large crowds of people.

Once I found parking it was ok but I ended up driving through the drop off parking and had to pay £6 to get out before getting to my actual car park. Signage just not as good as other airports. Found a friendly member of staff on way out who helped me locate my car as again signage poor

Whilst, its convenient and spaces are always available I find, the price is just too much now that for my two trips a year it's silly for me to pay so much, for 2 weeks is was £160 quid and for 4 nights its £80. It's a complete rip off. Better going to Glasgow at this rate.

The plane parking bus took a LONG time to arrive at the airport. Bus mounts pavement to get turned and big queue at bus stop had to move. Plane parking bus stop is woeful - wind and rain blows through easily - as if it’s been designed by someone who doesn’t understand weather. The parking area needs more zone signs. Litter and cigarette ends all around the bus stops, yay! The bust stop shelters at the car park could do with a wee once over with a duster and maybe a wash (urine smells). Clearly this cash cow is the cow that keeps on giving - your mum would be so proud!

Well maintained car park, always plenty of space. However, upon leaving, the barriers never accept the registration and tell you you have a large fee to pay so you have to buzz the attendant. Never have I been able to just exit without hassle using these car parks.

What I liked: Easy drop off (not that others have been hard) Very convenient to be one to two minutes walk from the terminal. Key collection is pretty straightforward. What I didn’t like: The price (double what I usually pay!) Absolutely no way to get in touch if something goes wrong or you have a question (I don’t count an email that still hasn’t been answered 5 days after it was sent and was urgent as I was very concerned to find my car unlocked when I checked its charging status the night before returning!). The ‘chat’ function doesn’t appear so no option there and you can’t actually leave a message on the 7ppm phone number because it doesn’t give that option. Being able to contact you is an extremely important feature, you should address it. If a customer’s car is going to be unlocked for a period of time when the charging is finished or just about finished, you need to either make this information known, or provide a way for customers to check. I couldn’t lock my car because the ignition was on, either for windows, radio etc, or to drive, and I don’t consider a secure car park with CCTV enough reassurance that something may not have gone wrong. I didn’t know if someone had forgotten to lock it and left it turned on, or was just returning it to the car park after charging. I did monitor it for a while before emailing. Eventually my app showed it locked, but I would have been much happier if I had been able to just check- or better still, had known more about the charging process so that I knew to expect such a thing.

Coming into the long stay was fairly straightforward but trying to exit was not straightforward. The first barrier did not accept my ticket and stated that I needed to pay £265.00. There was no button that I could see to speak to an assistant. I reversed and tried a second barrier but again the machine would not accept the ticket and again said I needed to pay £265.00. I did see a button to speak to an assistant and when I got through I was asked for my registration, which I gave. The barrier then came up but there was no apology, which I would have thought would have been appropriate.

My journey into the plane parking area, parking and pick up was without issue. The barrier recognised my vehicle on entry and exit and there is a frequent bus shuttle service. My only gripe is, as I returned 5 days earlier , I have been trying to find a contact detail to claim 5 days parking back with great frustration. There isn't an option to actually speak to anyone, so I have had to email Edinburgh airport parking to which I am still waiting to hear back from. For this kind of service the website doesn't give you any clear choices, probably hoping they will get to keep the money for nothing. I will wait to hear and update my review if and when this happens.

A significant increase in price of parking for the summer period in comparison to our last stay in March this year.

Great parking area, easy walking distance to terminal. Only downfall was on leaving at the barrier it stated I owed money despite my booking, so must be admin error. But apart from that I’d use parking again

Drop off is utterly brilliant very easy. Pick up, we found it hard to find the correct car park. Then when we left the carpark we were given a ticket and had to pay another £7 to get out.

The process it self was seamless, car drop off is easy, pick up also easy, won’t i was not impressed with, was the need for someone to change my radio station, connect there android phone to my car and adjust my mirrors, in the short time they take to park my car. Pick up at 3 am, don’t would of been nice to just get in my car and relax but full blast music on my radio wasn’t appreciated
