“Exorbitantly expensive at over £100 for seven days, but that's the greed of airports these days. It's close to the terminal and the system works as long as you're paying attention to the screen messages about where they've put your car. We met an unfortunate soul who wasn't watching the messages and was wandering up every row to find his car! Once you manage to leave your vehicle you can them move on to be fleeced many times more in the terminal where the airport forces retailers to inflate their prices... can you tell I'm not impressed?!”
“Twice I’ve used the long stay car park in the last 2 weeks and both times I’ve been charged on exit despite paying in advance. Still waiting on my refund 7 days later.”
“Absolute shambles. Asked to abandon the car in a haphazard way on arrival and then keys not available at pick up time at 2am on the Sunday morning. Number of travellers left stranded with no information available and a group of staff standing chatting with no movement or interaction with customers and not remotely concerned by what was happening.
A complete waste of money and won’t be used again.”
“The reason for low marks in this survey is because I did not use the facilities.
I erroniously booked Fast Parkingh for the incorrect dates. I did not find the error until I received an email from the airline advising that I can complete online check-in. I had to rebook my flights but was unaware that I had made the parking booking for the same in correct dates.
I have since rebooked correct flights and parking bookings for the my true July dates.”
“Pre booked a space to find that on arrival the car park was full, circled the car park for at least 40mins waiting for a space to become available. Luckily one became available at the very top, just in time to catch our flight.”
“Car damaged. Although the Valet Parking service used was exactly as described and very convenient, this has been completely overshadowed by damage done to my car while it was being charged by personal providing the service.”
“I booked fast park for Sunday 6th April , a while in advance of my flight as I wanted an easy journey for me and my friend from Glasgow and arrival at the airport. I was extremely disappointed to be told on arrival that that was not happening and instead I had to park in the terminal parking area. This was rather inconvenient and involved a far longer walk to the terminal. It also left me stressed about my return to pick up the car . When I did return , the ticket barrier notified me that the cost was£290:00. That was terrifying .
Fortunately the assistant was able to rectify that as I had of course prepaid .”
“Arrived at 0530 to find the Fast Park completely full!
Very helpful attendant in the gate directed us to to the Terminal Parking. This wasn’t too far from terminal but we had to keep our keys and drag the bags through rough ground.”
“Fast Parking - the signage directing you to the carpark is wrong, if followed and you drive straight ahead you enter a drop off zone that costs £7 to exit to have to do a loop and get into the carpark, this seams intentional.
When parked in the ferry row, we were asked to stay with our car for 10 min so we could move it again for them, what’s fast about that.”
“Arriving to leave went smoothly and serviced was good. Bus driver was nice and we waited 5 minutes. However on return we waited 30 minutes for a bus by which time there was a big queue and there is nowhere to sit and it is difficult for me to stand that long. When we got on the bus was verycrowded and there was a verbal altercation between 2 passengers involving swearing and almost violence probably part to due with the wait. But unacceptable behaviour on their behalf. We then got stuck in rush hour traffic going over the bridge due to this delay and other delays at security and luggage reclaim. It took us 2 hours to get to our car after landing. Would not now book again as if we had booked long stay parking that was walkable we would have been out the airport a whole half an hour earlier.”

“Despite having a booking I ended up going round and round the various levels trying to get a space. After about 30mins of going round and round I came across a parking bay.
I was early but it would have been even more stressful if I was working to a tighter schedule.”
“Booked fastpark and upon arrival (before 5am) was 'upgraded' to a car park much further away, with no-one parking for me or keeping my keys (the service I paid a premium for)
The walk to the terminal - with luggage - was about 10/15mins (instead of 2mins as advertised) and the path wasn't clearly marked.
Even finding a pedestrian route in/out of the car park wasn't easy! To be fair this may be easier during daylight hours.
It was clear they had overbooked from the amount of customers being redirected.
This is a high cost car park and the service didn't match my expectations.
After arriving home, my ticket informed me I had an outstanding balance of hundreds of pounds. That was fun to deal with at midnight.
I don't recommend parking here, they basically park you in a lower cost car park than you have paid for, breaching their own T&C's.
Wouldn't have bothered to leave a review generally, but they asked me to.
I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint email.
Use secure airparks guys, it's so much better & less stressful. You get what you pay for there. (was fully booked for me unfortunately)”
“I booked Fast Park but it wasn’t available when we arrived. We had to park close to the perimeter of the open air car park. I think if you’ve booked a service you should get what you paid for. When I returned it tried to charge me £290. Thankfully it was quickly sorted after I complained. All in all a very disappointing experience.”
