We couldn’t get out of the car park when we arrived back and I still had a full hour until the time I booked. We waited for a long time for someone to answer the tannoy to get home. This isn’t want me and my two friend needed at 11.55pm after a long flight. I want my money back because of this.

Terrifying ! Despite arriving 3 hours prior to our flight departing - we only just made it after attempting FastPark. Nothing “fast” about it. An absolute shambles. Queued on the perimeter road for two hours. Stress levels were through the roof. Whatever the causation the infrastructure just wasn’t in place. We weren’t the only ones - even the First officer on our flight commended everyone for getting through the process and onto the plane b

Usually great but after getting back at 2am, 2 hours late, the exit gates to the long stay car park didn’t work. Very frustrating to not be able to leave car park. It did get opened eventually but not great to have all gates stuck closed (one not in operation with cone in front)

I booked in to fast park & charge 24 hours before I fly home I received a email saying my car would not be charged because they was no charging cable in the car. When booking they was no mention about putting a cable in the car apparently it’s in the terms and conditions !! . Awful service when I questioned this . Please make sure you put a cable in your car when you book and hopefully the cable works as they don’t have back up cables available!! .

Not enough spaces . And are you catering for Morris minors. Cars are so much bigger than the spaces you are supplying

Absolute rip off for short term parking. Want £18 plus for anything more than 60 minutes parking. Nice little earner for constant drop offs all day

After 12hrs trip with 2 little children we have to wait another 1hr 20min for the car cuz it wasn’t ready on time. Stuff couldn’t handle the situation and one of the employees went through mental breakdown. One big joke

Terrible staff, unwelcoming, unhelpful, rude. Keys were not ready at fast park when they should have been. No information given surrounding this.

Was asked to pay £180 when exiting with no explanation so had to park up and go and speak with someone who then sent me back out to buzz and it nobody said what the issue was. not ideal with kids in the car after a long day flying.

We were due to collect our vehicle at 0130 on Sunday 25 May, however when we arrived, our keys were not available and we had to wait until almost 0430 before we got our car. There were numerous other customers facing the same dilemma, some with young children. It was a dreadful situation, especially when you’ve been travelling late at night. I must however commend the staff who were overwhelmed with complaints and handled the situation courteously and made their best efforts to resolve things as best they could, with two hands tied behind their backs due to a badly managed operational process that simply wasn’t working. This has put us off using the service again, although we’ve previously been very satisfied.

Terrible experience with FastPark. Arrived on time on our return flight and the car was not available. It was 1am and we had 1 toddler and 1 small baby with us, it was also pouring with rain. None of the keys were in the machine waiting for us. Lots of us had to wait for them to locate the cars, some cars weren’t in the spaces that they were supposed to be. Over 1 hour later than when the car should have been available for us. Very poor service. Please provide a refund. We will also be emailing a complaint.

Extremely unhappy with the service this time round. Had to wait in a long queue to get our car as it wasn't there for us despite us having being held up in the airport gor over an hour after landing. We had to ask staff yourselves what was happening. I would have thought it was customery for staff to be offering updates and not leaving it to the customers to have to ask. Very very poor service had.

Airport parking going was brilliant. Airport parking coming back was a shambles as our keys were not ready. When my car eventually arrived I said that’s my car no proof was requested that I was the owner.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - do not book this service. We landed at Edinburgh Airport at around 1.45am and turned up at FastPark around 2am. The whole point in this service is the speed you’re supposed to pick up your car and leave. It took us around 2 and a half hours to get our car…absolute nightmare! We were advised that the car park was overbooked by c800 cars due to an error with their system and our car was parked 2.5 miles away in a lot. The drivers had to get a bus to the lot, move cars to make space and then drive each car back to the airport one-by-one. Communication was very poor and no complimentary water or anything was offered to the number of folk stuck waiting on their cars. We had to wait in the freezing cold shelter for that length of time and were given an email address to send a complaint to, that was our advice. Complete shambles from start to finish!

Terrible experience - arrived back from holiday at 2am, tried to drive out the car park but the machine swallowed our ticket & told us we owed £630 (which we didn't)

FastPark-Arrived back from holiday at 1am to find car keys were not available. Turns out car park was overbooked and attendants were having to go off site to collect our cars. They were also short staffed. Had to wait over half an hour before my car arrived, through no fault of the attendants who were working their socks off. Completely airport’s fault. Seems this keeps happening….
