I paid for the plane parking area from 4am May 7th to 4pm May 10th. We arrived at 3.53am thinking this would not be an issue. On return we arrived at 3pm and when we put our ticket in the machine we were charged £120!!! No contact numbers to call or information. I booked the plane parking well in advance and was shocked at the £120 charge.

We had to cancel a trip at short notice . Received hospital Reilly after deadline to cancel booking . Other have waived charges on compassionate ground . We can’t find a way to talk to anybody aon this . Could you please consider a waiver and let me know how I can talk to a person . I’m a regular user of multi-storey .

I use Fast park maybe 10 to 12 times a year, yet every time I come back my car is miles away, this time A51 which is just about as far away as you can get. Totally fed up of it, also sometimes impossible to get in drivers door as tiny gap left to ne t car on 3 or 4 occasions...very poor service for a lot of money.

Once again, problems with Edinburgh Airport parking. This time the account software. I had looked in my account for a booking I thought I had made weeks earlier and it was not showing in my account. So I booked for a trip the same morning. I went to the airport to be told I was entering the wrong car park. I had to go to the office to get my ticket validated and it became clear that I had indeed made a booking weeks earlier. I was able to retrieve the earlier booking via an email, and Emma from customer services has processed a refund. Thank you Emma. I use the car park a lot for both business and leisure trips and every other time there is an issue. Last time I got a ticket which had the registration of another vehicle ! Edinburgh Airport Parking management really need to look at their back-office and operational systems because they are just not good enough. For the prices charged. And the constant hassle for customers and staff alike.

Dear Sir/Madam, I, William Milne am contacting you today regarding the above booking. When dropping my car on the entrance date, the machine used to process my car asks if I/we have a blue badge, which I confirmed as my wife is registered disabled. On the return date to collect my car, I had to leave my wife with the suitcases, as my car had been parked in the very last space in row C, C47 to be precise. I told my wife to stay where I left her and I would drive down in order she gets into the car while I load the suitcases. Unbelievably, when I got to my car the rear offside window was open approximately 50%. I have used this service in the past, but on the above experiences, I may have to look to other services in the future as I am rather disgusted and seriously annoyed re the latter, of the two matters. What a rip off. Emailed to inform of change of flight due to cancellation. Original booking was to collect car 1400 on the 5th May. I informed Fastrac that the flight had changed and it would now be more like midnight on the 5th thatb I would collect the car. Ask for booking to be changed. Was told by reply just to select new flight when I drop off the car. Had to pay £25 for over stay. What I shoiuld have been told was to cancell and rebook.

Arrived 1hour late from Paphos in the early hours this morning close to 1 hour late I was charged £25 and £7to get out the barrier . I am booked for a holiday in August won't be using this service again.

Despite pre-paying a space the ticket didn’t work on exit and no one answered the intercom for any problems. With a queue of cars behind me waiting to get out I had to pay again just to exit the car park. Never again……

booked this parking as it had a bus shuttle service, this was an important issue for us as we are not in the first part of our youth so to speak. Arrived to find the shuttle bus has been discontinued. No prior notice was given. Very disappointing, we wont use it again,

There was a nail in my tyre when collecting the car. Keys were not ready in the pink collection box as stated. Had to shout through the key drop off bin as there was no bell to ring on the door.

Signage to cat park is awful. I ended up going in the drop off area by mistake and had to pay 6 quid to get back out. When I finally got into the terminal parking, I was then charged another 24 quid when I left.

My plane was delayed and I ended up having to pay £7 extra. Why ? Delays do occur and in future I will use other parking facilities.

Shocking service, several times now despite pre paying the barrier attempts to charge on exit , from which you get a staff member who shows zero customer service skills or offering any explaination for repeated issues before eventually letting you out I’ll avoid this car park in future

Sadly our car was damaged in the car park on our recent visit to the long stay car park at Edinburgh airport. The rear door on the driver side was hit by a car door at the level of handle leaving a horizontal dent. The person who did this left no message. Is there CCTV we can call upon?

all went great, until we tried to leave on our return, unusually our flight had a tail wind and was early, so I knew for certain I wasn't late in leaving, the automatic barrier tried to charge me an additional £7.00 I very nearly paid it, as I was tired after the journey and it was only £7.00, It made me think how many people have been duped into paying when it was not due, If you could be so kind as to provide this information, my email is david.r.crawford@edf-energy.com

Having booked via a sky park agent AT £159.99 using PayPal and received no confirmation,I rebooked exactly the same parking via the airport website at £139.99 reg WA18VWE. The company in question has failed to respond and so I paid twice and am £159.99 out of pocket. I will never park at this airport again and will actively discourage anyone from doing so

Shocking con this parking was!! We paid £59-99 when we booked online. On returning to pick up our car after 6 days away the Exit ticket machine said we had to pay£170 by CREDIT CARD !!WE did because the barrier would not let us out!!Car parking cost more than flights........ridiculous!!!!We need a refund.
