“It’s expensive and access is not great to the car parks with queues on the access road and delays trying to get out. The real advantage is access to the terminal through the fast track bridge but that is pretty meaningless when the fast track line is full of aircrew, cabin crew and non fast track passengers that are put the by the Edinburgh Airprot hosts. The multi story car park itself is clean and well lit with good size spaces.
All airports are money making machines and Edinburgh is no exception but the balance here has tipped into exploitation of passengers!”
“Excellent service on arrival, however waited 30 minutes for return shuttle at 0030 hrs - not ideal especially with an unwell child. Having said that, all new business has teething problems so it’s likely we will use this service again and hopefully be able to increase number of stars”
“Car parking itself was good, but the road infrastructure around particularly the long stay car park is a bit of a joke at the moment - took about 40mins to get out and onto the main road.”
“On our outward journey the bus moved away from the pick-up stance just as we arrived at it. The driver must have seen us coming towards it. We could not exit the barriers and had to call the operator. Out of the two occassions we have used the park this year this happened both times. Apart from these two minor issues the facility is good and we would use it again.”
“It very expensive to pay parking fee and the price seem to gone up all the time. only a couple years ago I would pay half from what I've pay for this year. It took me at least 20 minutes to find free space and wish there is a system to help where i can find free space. The only positive comment i have is when arrive at te barrier the ticket printed out with my car number plate on it and can read instantly my plate when leaving the car park. which is very impressive.”
“In general all was fine although after receiving car I did noticed that all settings in the car were changed. Seat, steering wheel & mirrors were all in different positions. All this made may 3h journey back home uncomfortable. If car park provide extra service they should not tamper with car current settings.”
“Easy to park and good pick up. Nonsense at the exit gate on return from holiday with machine asking for £117. After a couple of minutes looking for book ref and conversation with the machine, all was sorted!”
“I purchased parking on line very easy and user friendly, The airport parking was on the whole easy to find well sign posted and staff on arrival very helpful in directing us to a parking space, the bus arrived promptly when heading away on holiday and also on are arrival back from holiday, the only snag occurred when we was leaving and placed our ticket in the machine to exit the car park and required to pay £177, I pressed for assistance and the member of staff asked for our booking reference on checking he immidiatly opened the barrier and let us through, no reason as to why the machine was asking for the extra money which will make me a little more wary in using this facillity next time, if you wish to reply my email is stevefletcher22@sky.com”
“Ok if you don’t make a mistake! I booked long stay, followed signs, turns out I parked in the ‘wrong’ long stay, and basically it cost me twice. Despite being a 6 year + customer of Edi Airport Parking and spending £1k+ a year the customer service guy was a total jerk and basically said ‘tough luck, your bad’

“I would have scored the car park facilities higher if there was a visible curb between our parking space and the departure path. We had two small children & many luganges which meant that we strangle manuvering everything.”
“Not many spaces and no indication as to where the spaces might be. Had to park as far away from terminal as possible after going up and down loads of aisles first.
When leaving the machine didn't recognise my car and so i had to speak with someone and give reference number and eventually they let me leave.
For £44.99 with no spaces i wouldn't use this again and go for cheaper option with bus transfer.”
