Easy to find a space and no problems coming in. Bus came swiftly and dropped us at the terminal, albeit further away than I had anticipated. Coming back there simply wasn’t enough bus capacity for all the customers. The shuttle bus couldn’t fit in everyone waiting and this was after I had waited over 15 mins for it to show up. After 24 hours of travel I just wanted to get home. The offsite car park shuttle went past us three times, so wasn’t the best advert for the onsite service. Price was also much more expensive than I have paid for parking at Newcastle, where long stay you can walk to if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle bus. There weee also on my reigned people parked up on verges etc that suggests the airport is selling more service than they have spaces for! They really need to have more of them going around at peak times as people setting off couldn’t even get on as it was full of people returning. Not sure I would use again at peak times.

All seemed straight forward other than entry ticket issues to car park when I arrived. I told the operator this when he took my car key. On return in early hours of the morning I had no ticket to exit airport, told the operator I didn't get one coming in. He asked me to press the buzzer and they would let me out the car park, when I did press the buzzer the call went to another car park within airport who didn't have any knowledge of this, he had to go and find out about it, took a few minutes to resolve which seems minor, however having had a flight delayed and arriving in early hours of the morning I could have done without that.

The only problem is the outrageous price!

The actual service was adequate but returned to UK to be told that we had failed to book for the full two weeks due to a mix up with arriving at midnight. This cost us £38.00 extra for one day. Our original price was £74.00 for the 13 days. Probably won’t use this car park again.

Booked parking well before my holiday day of my holiday my car broke down and had to hire a car contacted Edinburgh airport parking and was told I would not get a refund which I though was unfair. So I made a complaint and they reviewed it and a full refund was given

Parking relatively easy to locate although perhaps some way of indicating where the spaces are when you enter the car park would be very useful and save time finding a space. The spaces are very tight and the rows are close together making manoeuvring quite tricky

Great parking experience nice and close to the airport at Terminal Surface Parking. But it is a bit more expensive than I would like, so perhaps only a treat when travelling with others.

Parked there for 11 nights holiday in long stay car park. On arrival finding a parking space took a little time. Car park was very busy with many cars parking on footpaths and in the driving lanes in the car park. Eventually found an area with some spaces and the transfer to the terminal was good. On return our flight had been delayed 2 hours and getting through the airport, bus to terminal, passport control, baggage collection etc took about 1 hour. Schedule arrival time had been 12.30am. I had booked car parking until 1.30am. On attempting to exit the car park there was a £3 excess to pay but no obvious means to pay at the barrier. Went back into the car park to a pay station, paid the £3 and was then able to exit. Clearly it is impossible to predict what time you will actually depart the car park. In future when using this car park I would visit the pay station first to avoid the problem at the exit barrier . Would be a better idea for operator to make this clear when booking. During a busier time would have been very unpopular with other drivers queuing behind me at the exit barrier, I know what to do next time and will continue to use this car park.

No problems in parking and retrieving the car. However, the sign posting for the long term car park from the terminal is very poor. Having eventually walked all the way to the bus stances at the furthest away point from the arrivals terminal, a helpful bus lady said she often gets asked where the long term parking bus stance is - so this is a problem which affects more than me. We had to walk all the way back towards the terminal (luckily with only light hand luggage) to catch the bus. An unnecessary journey, had the signage been clearer. Lots of signs for “mid-term parking” but very poor “long term parking” signs.

On arrival there was a sign to say that the car park was full with no advice as to what to do if you had perked. Luckily we ignored it and found a small space to squeeze into

Had to use multi storey as had been bumped from the valet parking by the operators.

I was a annoyed that i needed to pay an extra £28.00 upon leaving the car park. I had made a mistake regarding my leaving time and put in 9:30am when it should have been 9:30pm.

The car park is decent enough but the airport enterance opposite is closed so you have to walk further than you would if you parked in a cheap car park and used the courtesy bus. For the price paid I won’t be using it again, it was always expensive but they’ve taken it too far now.

On arrival I was given wrong instructions by an employee. Another employee later tried to excuse him by saying “he has just started”. Then the person who was logging in my car peeled the backing papers from the stick on bar code label and then dropped them onto the ground. In spite of these two negatives I think that it was still a reasonable experience but which can be improved. I’m not so sure I would feel the same on a cold winter day.

parking the car was quick and simple, getting out of the car park not so much as if you have a fee to pay you cant do it at the exit, you need to reverse then find the payment machine in the middle of the car park.

Although the parking is fine, the bus service is shocking. It took 45 mins to wait for a bus to take us from the terminal to the long stay carpark. The last thing we needed when we had a 2 hour drive home. Would park nearer to the terminal next time.

Parked in the short stay car park at Edinburgh Airport for business which is normally what I would do. good advice to anyone using this is to head for Zones R to S (basically heading for the Multi-Storey but take a right before the second barrier. From here you are in the Main Terminal in 2-3 minutes. Great spot. Only down side from my point of view is the car parking IN Edinburgh Airport is becoming very expensive, something for senior management to try and sort out. Otherwise a good experience.

Whilst ideally situated i do believe it is very expensive and that there should be loyalty discounts or sales etc
