“Good enough deal and handy for the terminal but car park is a bit scabby, poorly laid out and some spaces are a bit tight.
Was also a bit disconcerting to face a message that I owed £340 when trying to exit. Guy on the help button was fine and all sorted but system much less slick than Glasgow.”
“It was not made clear where the car would be on my return. Exiting the car park is tricky. No one tells you that you have to approach the barrier and speak to a member of staff as the Fast Park ticket does not give access.”
“2nd time this year I have used the long stay car park and again there was a problem at the exit. It did not recognise my car registration and wanted £150. Used the intercom which recognised the reference number, but not the car registration number.ber.

“PRE PAID £42.00 BEFORE I WENT. ON LEAVING THE CAR PARK THE BARRIER WOULDN'T OPEN AND ASKED ME TO PAY AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF £155. MANAGED TO CALL ASSISTANCE WHO OPENED THE BARRIER USING MY REG NUMBER.”
“Fast park entrance hard to find, and ended up going through the long stay barrier. Had to pay £4 to get back out after 30 seconds, then found the fast park entrance by chance. The funny thing is, on our return we had to leave the fast park via the long stay barriers, and buzz the operators to let us out. Very confusing system. Also, when we picked the car up, the hand brake had not been put on.”
“Parking / fast track process all simple and great. On attempting to leave the car park , yet again , the ANPR system doesn’t recognise the car plate and doesn’t lift the barrier when the ticket is Inserted into machine. You have to buzz and Spk to an ops person - debate , eventually you get to leave. This takes 4-5 mins and backs up traffic - this is a regular problem. Fix it pls”
“The multi-storey car park is filthy and particularly the walk from arrivals through the drop-off zone to the lifts is a very poor welcome for travellers.”
“The actual service is good so handy for the terminal. I would have given 5 score but last 3 times when we try to exit the car park it asks us to pay again. We have to use the call button and to be fair they do get us out fairly quickly but it's very frustrating especially for the people behind.”
“Poor signage initially to find the car park, once found no issues.
ANPR system recognised the car then proceeded to produce the wrong ticket which then tried to charge and extra £180 when leaving the car park.
Fortunately noticed the support button where the person I spoke to was very helpful and sorted the issue out and left without the extra charge, so thank you to them.”
“Very good place to park once you find it, missed the turning the first time and had to go through the pickup area which cost £4, also on return car was not recognised and machine asked me for £835. This was a bit of a shock at 1am but was resolved quickly.”
“It was a perfect experience until I was asked to pay £4 extra just to get out of the barrier. I think I was less than 30 mins past the time I’d booked and it states no further charges if it’s the same day … not what I expect from Edinburgh”
“Parking service was great but got charged £4 to get out of the car park I had already paid £65 to park in for the week. There was no instructions on how to get out of the car park without using the ticket machine, tried scanning my fast park barcode & it said invalid ticket. Great service but little things like that need to be sorted, clearly just another money making scheme.”

However I contacted the attended and he managed to find my booking and open the barrier but again concerned he stated the charge was because I was not picked up on entering the parking”
“I booked wrong dates never had my parking space. Been trying to contact your company regarding changing the dates as I made the mistake after I checked your email . As you can see I've contacted you so many times regarding this. I need to rebook other days .”
