Considering I pre paid my parking they you were looking for £270 when I went to exit barrier luckily there was someone who answered they buzzer to solve it but this shouldn’t have happened

The Plane Parking facility is a long way from the terminal, and road signage is just about adequate. For this visit, the bus to the terminal appeared quickly. The really seriously bad thing is (a) the complete absence of signage back to the Plane Parking bus pickup point (it is behind the Tram terminal) for passengers arriving back at the airport - it is surprisingly easy to walk in front of the tram terminus and wander about the main bus area, and (b) the fact that absolutely no staff seem to be aware of the Plane Parking pickup point. I asked two staff members inside the terminal, a tram-gate official, the driver of a bus to the long-stay car park, staff in the car-rental area, and another bus driver. None had heard of Plane Parking. I was directed to Bus Stand H and to the bus pickup point behind the multi-storey park (both wrong). No one I asked had heard of Plane Parking. I stumbled upon the pickup point it when, in desperation, I decided to get a taxi. Please, Edinburgh airport, put up some signs for passengers emerging from Arrivals directing us to the pickup point.

Everything ran smoothly, however the information provided in the email about arrival did not match up with what was printed on the ticket. When we arrived back (11pm) we had no idea if we needed to call for a bus to pick us up or if one would arrive at the airport.

Despite booking and pre paying machine said I owed £153 when leaving, sorted by guy on phone quickly

Despite it being prepaid, once back from my trip, when I went to validate my ticket it wanted £220. Glad there was a super helpful guy manning the booth and it wasn’t late at night. A system error, which while I recognise they do happen, didn’t make for a smooth experience.

Close enough to the terminal. Although allow yourself enough time to find a space as it can be very busy. Be warned though upon exit they often say that you owe a large fee when you put your ticket in the barrier even if you have pre-booked! Easily resolvable by pressing the assistance button but I wonder how many people pay it?!

The car park itself is fine, but for the second time in 6 months my ticket was refused at the exit. The barrier would not open. I had to walk back to the office to get it corrected. The person there was helpful, as before, but did not know why it was unreadable. This is extremely annoying late at night. I could not see any phone connection at the exit from the multi-story car park.

All good with parking this time, until it came to leaving and for some reason my car and ticket had not been linked, so I had to wait and talk to someone to get it sorted out.

The access to the airport is very poor. Road surfaces and very confusing road layout/ signage. Additions has been added piecemeal to the airport and it really doesn't work. Bring back Prestwick!

I actually didn't use it as I had an issue with my car an hour after making the booking and as it was within the final 24 hours I could not change it. Unfortunately ended up with two taxi fares and parking to pay for.

The booking process was easy, but I inadvertently parked in the wrong car park, one that was further away than the one I’d booked. I realised my mistake on the first day of my holiday and emailed the customer team. That was a week ago and I’ve still not had a response. As such I had to speak to someone on the night of my return who thankfully sorted my issue out, but the fact I was left through holiday worrying about this and didn’t receive a response was dreadful service.

It’s possibly the most expensive place to park in Edinburgh including the city centre. If you take a chance and park without booking it be ready with the card !

Most of the parking was fine but was charged extra and when arrived home charged some more not a lot but should have been informed more as was advised that I was aloud some grace time after my flight arrived was at the fast park usually good but these things were not so good paid like £19 more between extra charge going and to get through the barrier on way out maybe was the right charge but should have been informed correctly before then would have had money at barrier so not quite as good experience this time .also would be good if when you collected your key from fastpark it would highlight where your car is as it was just wrote in pen at bottom of tab when it’s dark and late looking for car could be easier.

A shame that your system had a glitch and missed reading my plate resulting in 10 minutes at the exit for your staff to respond and let me out. The 10% offered by your mobile app is generous but the journey results in crossing to the website unauthenticated resulting a circular loop to login and re select your product.

We had problems trying to get out of main car park as the barcode from fast park was not recognised. We had to reverse away from exit and go back to fast park main building by foot as no-one answered buzzer after waiting over 15minutes. Good process if it works.

Parking ok but did miss the shuttle bus.!!!!.would not use in cold of winter Edinburgh you need to put the shuttle bus back on please no good for the elderly or disabled the walk way to and from airport a joke unsafe for all.!!!!

Needs to be much clearer signage to the pick up point from the airport to transfer bus! It is not clear and very little signage until you stumble across the correct bus stop.

Car park very busy and difficult to find an empty space. Spaces small. Signage was poor for finding the exit, for both walking to the terminal as well as exiting with a car. Entry and exit to the car park was easy and hassle free.
