“The car park was near the terminal but the signage from Edinburgh to the car park was non existent. The assistant who helped us once we found it was superb.”
“Car Park ok...handy for short walk to Terminal Building.
On the way out from our last visit, the barrier would not open...said I owed £270????
Issue resolved by contacting attendant through barrier intercom. Never-the-less, frustrating and annoying when the ticked was legitimate and already paid for.”
“Location was good and price acceptable but when returning to the car it was splattered with grey paint, drops like someone had been painting fences or barrier. I emailed the only contact I could find but haven't had a reply three days later. I couldn't find where the paint might have come from so have to give the benefit of the doubt but poor there is no response or a contact phone number.”
“The staff was very fast in responding my emails, helpful during my parking process as for me was first time using the service.
The online process was also easy and with a lot of details.
The thing I did not understood is why they overcharged me extra 15£ if I arrived one day earlier?
This will cost the review 2 stars.”
“The instructions could be better ar checkin. There should be recovery team for long stays in case of any battery drains or not working cars. There are not any trashbins near parking lots and the toilets are really far.”
“I had one problem, when I was leaving the car park, ( I paid already online)I inserted the card and in the screen they told me I have to pay £176.50 , I was chocked, I didn’t expect that after a long day, then I called the assistance and I got the help”
“Key collection on return was not great. We scanned our ticket and it did not work to open key locker (you don’t deal with a real person!)
Member of staff did sort but took 15 minutes which when tired about a long transatlantic flight was not great 😌”
“The parking is fine however this is not the second time where I have had an issue with additional payment at the barrier that was not due. It is also impossible to get in touch with parking staff”
“Parking ok. Prepaid before arrival. On exit, advised charge £400+ outstanding. Resolved quickly but still, not required really is it? Sort your systems out.”
“Was very unhappy when collecting car from fast park, window had been left down and seat was soaking had to drive all way back to Sunderland with a wet seat disappointed”
“Online booking very simple. No shuttle buses running so had to walk. This would not be a problem if the walking route had a smooth surface for baggage wheels (resurface please). On leaving carpark discovered I'd parked in different Edinburgh airport carpark than the one I'd booked. Staff very helpful on call Bella, I paid difference and left ( all carparks look similar, put Google maps link in booking confirmation please!!).”
“When we arrived, the ANPR was not working and it was a bit confusing which car park to park.
When we returned, when we put the parking ticket in the machine, it tried to charge us £270 for one week parking, even though we prepaid. Luckily we used the assistance call and managed to get out without paying again.”
“Carpark has easy directions so was straight in. We have a small dent and haven't received a reply when emailed and was charged an extra £4 on the way out and again no reply from the email iv sent.”
“First time I have been disappointed couldn’t get out as barrier said couldn’t read card but it could read it in car park never had that happen before.”
“Only 9 Disabled Spaces per floor in Multistorey - it’s not enough. I had utilize a normal space a fair distance away from lifts & it took too long to find a space.
Surely there can be more Disabled spaces allocated please ??”
“No issues at all until we tried to leave the car park and when putting in your ticket it asked me to pay £200 !!. It kept spitting my ticket out also. Was the machine full of tickets ?. Why the extra charge request.?Thankfully I had my receipt which should I had paid but terrible process asking for extra money. Sort this out immediately .”
