“One cannot fault staff on call who deal with matters when things go awry, particularly with ANPR of registration playes of prebooked cars. They are very helpful and very efficient. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the prebooking system in combination with ANPR. While the booking process identifies my correctly, the ANPR does not. Entry to the car park is only made possible by staff on call. Exit also requires staff assistance because the system ignores the prebooked status asking for £££s in payment.”

“Easy booking online. Quick transfer to the airport. Normally everything runs smoothly but on my last visit there was building work going on at the car park and no spaces available. I had not been warned about this when making the booking. As a result I spent twenty minutes driving round looking for a space finally abandoning the car beside the fencing at the front of the car park. I was too late arriving at the airport to check in my bag.”
“Easy to book. Very expensive as prices are higher in summer. Would like to see reasons for this. A 10 minute wait to get out of the access road in to the roundabout at 10.30pm !!
Could there be traffic lights installed at this roundabout ? Car parking is just another money making scheme devised by Edinburgh Airport I'm afraid.”
“Customer service amazing, really helpful in changing booking after original flights cancelled. One slight blemish was arriving at midnight to find all usual entrances blocked due to advertising work. There was no easy way into carpal without a huge long walk.”
“When booking the mid-stay car park on the web site, it was not clear where this car park was located. Also, could not identify the correct car park from signage on entering the airport grounds. Parked in the surface car park in front of the terminal building by mistake. On the plus side, when explained to the staff, they were excellent in their understanding when I could have possibly been made to pay twice.”
