“Arriving at car park was easy to find an tranfer was quick . Return tranfer ok trying to leave car park a night mare due to amount of traffic exiting airport . Will not use long stay car park again !”
“Happy with the security of the car park which was very full at the time we arrived. Had to drive up and down several isles before we found one empty space. Bus promptly collected us although on our return which was late at night the bus seemed to be fairly slow to collect us from the terminal building”
“The parking is very convenient and close to the airport but the walking environment could be improved and made more pleasant. Perhaps a covered walkway would be good bearing in mind the normal Scottish weather! The signage from the airport to the car park could also be better.”

“It didn't. Surface car park completely full at 7am. Can't imagine that ALL of those cars stayed there only for a single day or a few days. Most of those should be staying in Long Stay car park. Coming to the airport at 7am and not having a free spot to park for a day is extremely poor. And why is the multistorey parking much more expensive? A lot of room for improvement here!”
“Easy access to the airport, great being able to get to the car less than 5 minutes after pick it up our suitcases. Easy to find.
Parking spaces are tight and you may need to hunt to find one so allow extra time before check in as people park over two spaces. As the parking spaces are small can make it difficult to get little ones in and out of car seats.”
“When I had a problem getting in, the support at the barrier was speedy
When I booked, the screen told me my booking had failed. I re did the booking then received 2 confirmation texts each with different booking numbers. Clearly the first booking had worked. On arrival at the car park, I had to contact support, who could not initially find my booking at all. I had to contact support again to get out. All an unnecessary irritation.”
“Overpriced parking at Edinburgh Airport. Confusing access to multistory parking, prepaid parking ticket had my car registration printed on it where it would have been better and secure to have only my surname printed on the ticket because if I lost or dropped my ticket someone could find the car easily by the registration . Car parking is the most expensive in Scotland in all a poor experience”
“Didn’t find the mid stay car park all that easy to find. Ended up paying for the short stay as well as my mid stay purchase as I assumed that was correct. Yes I am a fud for not noticing but there you go!”
“Valet parking was great, but there is NO signage when you exit. (your signage at the entire airport is woeful for visitors. Try it with the eye of a new visitor - it is comically bad. You leave the valet parking and it directs you straight into paid drop off. No signs, no warning and no way to get out.
What is the point of hainvg valet parking if you need to pay to get out of regular parking!!!!!!”
