“excellent location at entrance to terminal BUT so difficult to find even using satnav. found the surface car park ok but not how to get into it. ended up going through drop off zone and paying for it too. eventually found someone helpful who told us we had to stay on the far right to enter the car park - we had hesitated there the first time as the road markings indicate taxi.”
“Fast tracked from car park to security. BUT "Business Valet" does not mean Fast Track. Please adjust your signage. And no indication that on return one had to face the elements to reach lift to Fast Track floor.”

Suggest signing between the mid-term parking and the terminal for pedestrians could be improved.
Also, registration recognition does not seem very reliable, having had exit refused on two recent occasions.”
“Parking good a large area.However on our return journey had to wait 30 mins for bus to arrive and then overcrowded when all passengers boarded.Not great safety concerns shown. I believe there was only one bus in service. Unbelievable especially when traffic was busy.Good parking, good prices but not much else.”
“Easy access; easy exit. Criticisms - bus drop off/pick-up should be closer to terminal entrance; heavy traffic caused delays to bus service, rearrange traffic systems to remedy this; bus too small and/or infrequent for number of customers.”
“Close easy access to the airport. As there's nowhere on this survey to add criticism (seems odd for a survey) we would add that the instructions for pre booked cars was not clear. Once we took the ticket we were no informed through signage or on the ticket how to exit the car park as we'd already paid. Your bus driver informed us that we simply drive to the exit and your registration recognition would open the barrier. This didn't happen and when we put the ticket in the machine we were asked for £100! This was pretty alarming. We also didn't have our booking ref number handy so had to wait at the barrier for their to be looked up. Hardly a slick operation. We will be using securairparks again in future.”

“Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces, each with room to open car doors. Bus arrives quickly with short drive to terminal. Only down side is a longer walk from the bus than expected.”
