“The booking was easy. Questions asked by email were responded to quickly. easy to find a parking place. Had the same problem on my return home as before. On checking out at the gate my card was not recognised and had to contact advisor through intercom. problem resolved quickly though.”
“Poor instructions how to get to the long stay car park ended up at the drop off point and had to pay £1 to get back out however the gentleman at the drop off point gave us better instructions. When we landed back in Edinburgh to get our car the barrier would not lift and said we were due £150.00 which was not the case so just as well I brought the documentationn with me when we pressed the advisor button we were greeted by "AYE" which was not very professional.so sorry but not to happy not sure if I would use again.”
“The last 2 times I have pre booked parking at Edinburgh I have had problems when leaving the car park. When inserting my ticket into the machine it says I owe money, I don't understand this when I have pre paid, please explain”
“Being "charged" £265 when inserting a pre paid £58 ticket into the barrier did not make me happy. Being told they had no record of the booking even less so. After some time the error was accepted and barrier lifted. Not what one would expect.”
“Easy to get to terminal but we arrived around 12.30 pm and it took us some time to find a parking space almost at back fence....it might help if there was some in information advising where spaces are available...would hate to be in a rush and then panic trying to find a space...”
“Convenient for airport, but parking bays are a bit on the narrow side and signage is not illuminated at night so difficult to know when to get off the bus.”
“Easy to find but.... bus stance is too far from terminal. Also we had prepaid, but inserted ticket at barrier to be asked for £240! Politely sorted by staff on intercom, but a scary moment. Needs to be clearer how prepaid tickets are validated.”
“The location and price were the reason I booked in May and in January 2017.
My only downside is the signage around the park could be clearer resulting in cars driving around looking for the exit.
My other comment is about accessing the transfer bus with luggage. It is not easy to lift 2 suitcases on and off the bus I do not know if there is a solution.
Overall a satisfactory experience.”
“Good Parking right next to the airport and easy to book online. However, despite paying online I was asked for another £125 at the exit gate 2 hours before my time paid for had ran out.
Thankfully, the operator I spoke to had the ability to sort it there and then and I was quickly on my way.”

“Valet parking was a good idea. Because we booked six months ago they had lost our documentation due to updates on their system. Sorted but a concern. Secondly signage to depart is lacking & the exit lane wiggles to the right effectively invisible. We ended paying the pound to get out. Not well organised! Other airport services were adequate but not special.”

Good points;
Routing instructions were clear, the bus came quickly, and I could drive in easily with my pre booked ticket.
BAD points.
I scraped and damaged the underside of the car on the Kerb, which is too high on leaving the carpark, as I had to reverse and change exit since the exit I was trying would not accept my ticket. It was not possible to see the kerb in the dark whilst reversing. You need either to lower the kerb or put in a clearly visible post around which to reverse in case of need.
When I did get the ticket in It told me I needed to pay £180, when I had already paid in advance. Again in the dark it took a while to find the right button to press to speak to the office.

“The booking process was straight forward, and numberplate recognition is very accurate.
However, if you are using long stay; there are no bus timetable at any of the shuttle stops that I could see, which isn't ideal. Also, on my last visit, my ticket wasn't recognised as pre-paid and I was prompted to pay an surprise £34 upon leaving. This was obviously waived when I got a hold of the controller, but again, less than ideal.”
