“Dropped car off no problem and bus picked me up within compound. Only problem was when coming through departures no sign showing where to catch bus back to car park so ended up walking in the end..”
“Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces, each with room to open car doors. Bus arrives quickly with short drive to terminal. Only down side is a longer walk from the bus than expected.”
“Parking was further than described but the bus service was really good so it didn't really matter, was shocked to get a note that I owed £115 on departure, lucky I could supply the help line with my booking reference number to enable us to get out a bit stressful on the final leg of a long journey.”
“The parking was fine, but signs to the airport and back from the terminal were basically non existent. The lack go pathways or sign posts at night is down right dangerous and it leaves people to wander all over the car parks unchecked, more often than not just completely lost.”
“Convenient location. I parked in mid stay surface and only a 5 minute walk to terminal. Only down side was I prepaid the parking and on my return put ticket in machine to be verified and was asked to pay another £84! Nice man in office cleared this up for me though and we were only held up maybe 10-15 minutes. Still could have done without it though!”
“I have the same problem every time I exit the car park as the machine does not accept the parking ticket. This year the ticket was even rejected at the second barrier on entering the multi storey carpark. It is very frustrating so please explain why this occurs.”
“Everything went smoothly, able to do transaction online and able to find a space no problem until I came back to collect my car and the machine was telling me I had to pay £750! Nearly had a heart attack but the guy on the phone sorted it out. Overall experience was good and I would do it again. Just please sort out your machines.”
“Easy to book and vehicle recognised at entry barrier but again (have used this facility on three previous occasions) the vehicle wasn't recognised on exit without contacting operator to lift barrier.”
