I was really annoyed that I couldn't change my booking details. I reserved my parking for three days, at a cost of £50 but realised I had only reserved it until 10am, not 10pm. I was unable to edit my details and had to pay an additional £18.

Having just returned on a flight which had been delayed by 4hrs 40 mins, to be charged £16.50 for extra car parking costs was a nasty sting in the tail. I also felt uneasy as a loan female going out into what seemed the middle of nowhere at gone midnight. The bus driver was as helpful as he could be.

There is no longer a shuttle bus to take you to and from the car park to the main building. Sign posting to find the way out of the car park was very poor. On the way out the barrier did not work and did not recognise that we had pre paid and tried to charge us over £150. Overall not a pleasant start or finish to our holiday.

Expect to be ripped off if your flight is delayed. My flight was delayed 13 hours and I had to pay £40 to exit the carpark. This is almost as much as the cost for parking for 6 days.

Absolutely disgusted, paid £35.99 for 7 days pre-booked parking in the furthest car park. Due to an aircraft problem causing us to miss our connecting flight and arrive back in Edinburgh 1 day late we were charged £40 extra for that day. Whatever the terms and conditions state how can you justify an eightfold increase in price simply by not prebooking. No issue with the parking itself and the shuttle bus drivers.

After being delayed getting home due to a French Air Traffic delay dispute, out with my control and stressful enough for anyone, Edinburgh Airport decided to charge me £40 for being a day late. In these difficult Financial Times, they need to take a long look at theirselves. Wonderful way to treat customers….won’t be back!

The entry/exit gate is designed for very small cars. I have an SUV and the curb damaged my tyre so badly that I need to replace it urgently. Further, I paid £40 for ~1 day stay. It's ridiculously expensive compared to airport parking at other airports.

I paid £120 for a week valet parking as time was important on returning to the uk. When I arrived the over helpful assistant scanned my barcode, took my key and put the label on it. On arriving back to the uk I scanned my ticket to be told the keys were not ready as they had my return time at 4pm instead of 12pm. It was then implied this would have been my fault when departing as I must have entered in the wrong time while dropping my keys which I most certainly did not. Also if I had keyed in 4pm I would have been asked for more money which I was not, or this is what I was told by the assistant while I gas waiting for my vehicle. I then had to stand and wait for around 25 minutes while they retrieved my vehicle from 2km away! To top it off the phone number I was given by the staff to file a complaint was wrong. Vert very poor service!!!

I was 12 hours late due to delays because of the French strike. I did my best to get there on time. I had a very stressfull time due to cancellation of flights and delays. I was very disappointed to have to pay an extra £40 for something that was out of my control. When I spoke to someone on the intercom there was no sympathy and no help whatsoever. In these circumstances I would expect some sort of leeway. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

Parked on the top deck and arrived with a female colleague at 23:00 with no lights on. Complete darkness. Unsafe and unacceptable!

Terrible had to wait 30 mins after they booked me in for a wrong time, got told it was my error till they realised I hadn’t paid extra for this new time I was booked in for despite having all booking details showing the time I booked. After all this the car was brought round and driver left a box full of customers keys nice one

Relatively easy to book, easy to park. But when we returned to the exit barrier shortly after midnight, the machine swallowed our ticket and told us that we owed £150, which was strange given that the original payment was only £39.99. We used the help button and eventually we were allowed out, without any kind of explanation. What a waste of time and we will be looking for alternatives next time.

when filling out form to book parking i was asked the times of my departure from Cyprus Returning 10pm flight on the 10th August I was charged an extra £40 for 1hr as this went in to the 11th of August. you know how to over charge. i will never park again with Edinburgh Airport
