this parking is a diseaster there is no information which parking should pick up - there is 3 different parkings, we have choosen in the end any as was close to flight, later on we had to pay extra over 100 pounds - none informations, none signs which parking is administrated by which company - total diseaster - we won't use this option ever again - just huge mess thats how they doing money.

Airport parking very expensive at Edinburgh Airport. We only went away for 4 days and it cost us £100 which is ridiculous seeing as other family members had recently booked and went away for a fortnight and they paid £120. Won’t be flying from here again unless parking is cheaper.

I could not find the terminal car park when I returned late at night. I asked for directions via a help button twice and both times the directions were hopeless. I was told if I went to the taxi rank I would see the car park. Eventually, I got another help button and had to ask for someone to come. 2 men came and showed me. There are no signs apart from one hidden inside the multistorey car park. There is a map near the help point but it is very poor. Separately, At the terminal car park, there are no numbers to note where your car is.

Had to drive round for 20 mins to find a space.Eventually followed someone from arrivals to take their space The car park was full with many cars circling in wait of people departing.

I book the multi story car park which was one of the highest cost due to the proximity to the airport and the unsocial time I would be travelling. When I was leaving I was asked to pay an additional £70 which I duly paid thinking I had messed up my book for £39.99. The next day I checked my booking and I had not made a mistake and the error was with the automated system. I have written to the contact email and only had an automated response back so far.

We had to drive round until someone left to get a parking slot at the terminal carpark, and having booked and prepaid you would expect there to be at least one space available.

Very disappointing, nothing prestigious about it. The previous valet service was much better. Dropping off my car was like dropping off a rental car at Hertz car rental at LAX airport. Collecting my car was no different than finding my car as if I had parked in everyday parking. Both from and to my car I got wet, there is no cover whatsoever. All in all a very disappointing experience, next time I will use the multi-story car park and keep my feet dry.

Worst Airport in Europe , customer services is absolutely shocking, I’d go as far as saying they need retrained!!!!!! After initially paying £42 for our stay at the airport & because the departure time couldn’t be amended on “The Manage my booking” it cost us another £27 …..seriously I’d rather have gave that money to a taxi driver who’d have dropped us right off at the airport door & saved us a 10 minute walk in the rain!!!!!!!! Do not use this facility!!!!!! Total rip offs!!!!!

NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!!!!!! I KNEW There would be a problem and spent three days on the telephone until I got through to a human being and explained that I needed a guarantee blue badge parking space. And which would be the best car park to use. I chose the terminal car park as I thought this best for both myself and the disabled assistance. But when I got there there was not a single parking space left available. I had to park in the taxi rank and struggle on my crutches to the Disabled assistance button, and then we spent the next hour trying to solve the problem change my ticket and send me to the top floor of the multi story car park. ONE HOUR AND 17 MINUETS TO PARK WITH SPINAL DAMAGE !!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid in advance for short stay terminal parking. Asked during the booking process to provide car reg number. I followed the booking instructions on arrival at the airport and was given a parking ticket, then had to put this parking ticket into another machine, then got into park. The instructions online were different to those online. My flight was then delayed by 40 mins on the return and I was charged £70 additionally to exit the car park.

Arrived to find absolutely no spaces what so ever. Impossible to try and get in contact with anyone so had to dump the car in a hatched area and hope for the best! If your selling reserved parking then you should have enough spaces.

I have paid for the parking in advance and last night when leaving the car park i was charged afain £40. I pressed the assistance button but nobody answered so had to pay as it was 11 o'clock and we were tired. Would like this refunded.
