I was presented with a £150 request on trying to depart. The machine did not recognise my vehicle or booking. I called the intercom system and the guy let me out. Not a good experience at all so back to SecureAirParks for me.

I booked FastPark BUT missed the poorly signed slip road to the entrance and had to go through the drop off / pick up area and then pay £6 to get out! The entrance to FastPark really needs to be be signposted more clearly and well in advance of its slip road. FastPark has also vastly increased its prices since last year - FAR MORE than an inflation increase.

Love using this car park, however this time our driver seat was altered drastically as if it had been played with altering lumber/back rest/height etc making for a very uncomfortable drive home (2.5 hrs) trying to get it right.

Do not follow Apple Maps for this as it took me through the drop off area and I had to pay £6 for passing through. Just follow signs on road. I paid online for mid stay parking, you collect ticket when entering and put same one leaving. However my ticket said I owed £103.. but just called for assistance and they let me pass through.

Ideal for my trip, didn’t mind the short walk to the terminal from the car park (no curtesy bus operating now). Price as always is very expensive but it is what it is. Picked up a little scratch and dent curtesy of the car beside me, so that annoyed me also.

Parking fine but disgraceful you have to pay for a trolley now and some of the tarmac needs replaced

All went smoothly to plan but it would be helpful if there was some method of highlighting available spaces. Charging for the use of suitcase trolleys is unhelpful and a bit greedy in my opinion.

The parking facility is fine in itself and the the cost was very good, I had a 5 day stay which cost around £70....but...the lack of a post code on the booking details (at least I couldn't find one) was a pain and when you get to the airport the round-about exit to the car park only has a sign saying "COACHES" which made me ignore the exit at the first attempt. Also is is not clear from the booking details that you use the normal entrance and take a normal ticket rather than use a "dedicated" pre-paid entrance and ticket...and the guy on the intercom whom I asked for clarification when I got there was not much help...just having to saying "take a ticket" seemed to annoy him!! Other than that, all of which could be resolved with clearer info when booking, I would recommend the service to anyone, and will use it again

The spaces are very narrow and the distance between rows made getting into and out of the parking space rather tricky.

I have a blue badge and had to try every level of the multi-storey. All places for disabled were full you need more blue badge places

Getting in and out was fine, but I was really annoyed to find my charging cable thrown in the back of the boot—untidy, uncovered, and not in the bag. I didn’t leave it like that, so it should have been returned properly.

Easy to find, plenty of parking spaces, an easy walk to the airport terminal but it annoyed me how many lazy, selfish people parked on double yellow lines within the car park just to get closer to the terminal. I only saw one car that had a note on it asking them to park within the designated areas, but at least 6 cars had done it. If they don't do something to properly deter this then people will keep doing it.

I found the whole parking experience very confusing. I wasn’t at all sure which car park we were supposed to park in. It does not explain that on any of the paperwork. When I tried to ring to confirm I was in the correct place it was an automated service and I could not get through to a human being. I did not enjoy the experience at all and felt anxious that we had parked in the wrong section!

Parking wasn’t too bad, however it was clearly overbooked as there was multiple cars having to park on illegal parking spots, making it difficult to see around and get past. Also the uneven floor is not ideal when you have a big suitcase. It was extremely difficult to get my suitcase to and from the car as the roads were so uneven the wheels are most likely damaged now because of this. It would be beneficial to have a smooth flat surface considering most people using the long stay car park will have a suitcase

I had pre paid for parking at the long stay site but when I was driving to the airport there was an unofficial NCP car park also marked long stay with an official sign stating ‘long stay parking’ from the main road. I almost went in assuming this was the one I had paid for. I think better instructions in the booking email about where to find the actual car park you have booked would be helpful.
