“Had a problem exiting as system claimed had not booked and wanted to charge £200 to exit. Not the message one wants at 1am in the morning after a long day. A conversation over the intercom eventually sorted it but appears that the camera misread the number plate and had misread a G for a C.”
“Entry and exit to the car park was straightforward. However I was disappointed to discover a deep scratch on my car's rear bumper and a graze on my front wheel arch on return from my holiday. I believe the spacing between cars should be wider to help avoid this type of damage by careless drivers. Squeezing cars into small spaces no doubt improves profits but leads to more damage to customer cars.”
“Way too expensive this time round for same service - on arrival back home car parked some distance from fast track office - service was much better with car returned outside offices.

“Convenient for the airport but the bus shuttle service was poor, it was too infrequent and there is a need for more bus stops within the car park, to make it easier for those with children and suitcases.”
“I had booked surface parking and i had to drive round and round s few times before i eventually folloeed people goingbto their car..it would be helpful to have either a persin directling me to a space or an ekectronic board showing wherr spaces were. Also as i wss far from the terminal.i tried to get a trolley and duly swiped my card twice but as the sun was shining i was unable to sed tbe green light and did not manage to release a trolley howevdr i was not charged xx”
“On arriving at the car park my vehicle registration was not recognised I pressed the intercom and was told to take a ticket. On my return I inserted the ticket and I was presented with a charge in excess of £600 I pressed the intercom and the person asked for my registration and the barrier was lifted and I left car park. While the issue was sorted on exit is was frustrating that the system did not work properly.”
“No problems with parking, however on return my car was parked far too close to the van next to it which meant there was no way to access the car via the drivers door. I had to climb in via the passenger side door. Not what you need at 3.30 am.”
“My car broke down the day before we flew, so unfortunately we had to make other arrangements to get to Edinburgh airport, I tried to cancel my booking, but couldn't find any option processing this, I put it down to being less that 24 hours notice, but it would have been better if it was clearer and easier to check as I couldn't find any information when I logged on to my account, so unfortunately I never used the car park on this occasion, I have used it before and I have booked afford December, so hopefully I can get the use of it this time.

“Everything went perfectly until I had to maneuver the car out of the parking space at 3.30am. A vehicle had parked very inconsiderately alongside us which meant having to reverse three our four times to create enough space to move forward.”
“System of parking is great but in the dark at 1.45am when I went to pick up my car, the route out of the car park isn't clear at all. Better/clearer signage is required.”
“All straight forward on arrival and plenty of staff to direct/ help. However very poor signage re how to get back to fastpark from airport when picking up car. Resulted in trailing cases around searching unnecessarily when fatigued etc after flight. Mentioned to carpark staff when eventually found the right place. Some simple signs when coming out of arrivals area would be very helpful.”
“It's fine, although sometimes hard to find a free space without circling the terminal several times. Bearing in mind the lack of directions about available spaces, it seems overpriced.”

“Booked parking in outside parking by terminal. Struggled to find a space but someone came out of one, so grabbed that. Trolleys need to be paid for now. Ticket wasn't properly printed so when we tried to leave, wanted £840! Used intercom and guy sorted it out, at 4.40am!”
“Picked up car to find heated had been turned up to max !!!. Normally set around 17degs centigrade. Why did the driver turn it up when the car was only moved a short distance. There was no need to tamper with it.”

“Easy to access, Fast Parking tend to be cheaper than Under Cover parking for long stays. The most upsetting part of Fast Parking is that the operators keep changing the driver seat position. In general Edinburg Airport car park is extremely expensive.”

Used three carparks until we found the right one must say the guys on the intercom were excellent not charging me as I had prepaid”
