“Great service as always in terms of being able to drop the car off at the terminal and pick it up again without getting a transfer bus.
Only issue this time was the state the car was in, completely covered in mud dust and all the callipers were sticking as if the wheels were submerged. Required a prolonged wash.”

The entrance/exit process requires repair! Arrived to the barrier not opening - spoke with staff who told me to press for a ticket. On exiting 7 days later (not realising the importance of said ticket because I had pre-booked), I could not exit... Again spoke with staff who wanted to charge me for a lost ticket (a ticket I didn't need).
More back and forth for close to 10 minutes at 04:00 after a 5 hour journey was not appreciated - eventually got the barrier open with no additional charges!”
“Could have been perfect apart from exiting FastPark on return from our holiday. Yet again the gate would not recognise my number plate and I was asked to pay an extra fee to exit. This happened the last time we used FastPark.
This is the time (02.00hrs) when you just want to get out quickly and get home - MOST ANNOYING!
My number plate is a private registration which could be the reason. However the system recognised the registration at all stages apart from the exit.
I would have given a rating of 5 but for the exit issue.”
“When I had a problem with my booking and needed to contact them, there is no one to call. You have to email and then wait for days for a reply - very stressful when you are travelling soon.
Also another time, flight was cancelled within 24 hours so we couldn't cancel our edinburgh airport parking booking for a refund.”
“We used FastPark and it was great at the drop off before our flight. Very slick and easy. However when we arrived back we could not find the FastPark area. And we weren’t the only ones. It was 3am and obviously dark when we exited the arrivals building. FastPark signs were nowhere to be seen. Not clear at all. We saw two small signs with small arrows near the bottom of a big list almost at ground level. We followed the way we thought it was directing us to but ended up in completely the wrong place. Had to go all the way back to the arrivals building to ask and there wasn’t a single person there to help. Not one. We ended up asking a taxi driver who told us it was through the multi-storey at the other side. I really don’t feel this is good enough. We paid for a service we thought was going to be great and then the return and pick up was so disappointing. Collecting the keys and finding the car was easy once we found the FastPark building but finding it was the problem. I think big overhead extra large FastPark signs in the purple colour would make it much easier to follow. Please change this as we weren’t the only ones who couldn’t find where to go.”
“Parking was okay, no issues with security however I had pre-booked and it is not clear how the entry/exit system works in this situation as when I entered I received a ticket which I tried to validate when leaving but it said I owed £145? I was able to exit the car park without needing to pay this however only because a barrier was fixed open. Ps the same thing happened last time and I had to press for assistance when exiting for someone to verify I had already paid.”
“Great facility but when we arrived there were no trolleys to be found nearby, it was pouring of rain so we all got soaked...not a great start. Feel the charge is too expensive too but it is very convenient. However the lack of nearby trolleys when going on a long haul flight seems to be a bit strange and doesn't make any sense and in the end we had to push 3 x 25kg bags and 3 7kg bags through the rain. All staff we met were great, cheerful and helpful though.”
“Mostly this was good (see responses below) however I'd like to offer the following feedback. My Ryanair flight back to Edinburgh was delayed by about 7 hours, and arrived just after 1am on Sunday. I had booked parking till 7.30pm and with the 6 hours grace period, I should have been clear to pick up the car until 1.30am. However, on trying to exit the car park at 1.22am, the barrier would not let me through. The intercom was not working on the lane I was at, so I moved to a different lane, where the screen said I needed to pay £85. Fortunately, I was able to speak to a member of staff who confirmed this was incorrect and was able to let me go through. However, it was all rather stressful after what had been a very long delay.”
“We were given a ticket on entrance but having already paid online this didn’t take into account car registration plate so on exit we had to ring the buzzer to get out I think it makes more sense to not be issued a ticket if you have already paid as it did try to charge us again”
“I was charged £25 for an over stay. The flight was around an hour late taking off. Which is not uncommon but also not something I could have known. I would not recommend anyone books here if this is a regular thing.”
“We picked the Terminal car park as it claimed it was closest to the terminal, when we arrived there were cones at the entrance directing us to a section next to the medium stay car park, with no access to the disabled parking spaces and a long walk.”
