“Left my car at Edinburgh Airport for one week.
Upon collecting my car I found damage to my vehicle. Number plate was cracked and orange paint on car bodywork.”
“I find it somewhat staggering that the lowest price you provide for someone to leave their car and go into the terminal for 30mins is £23.99 - which is the same price to park for a day. Cannot understand why you do not accommodate this. Secondly in mid stay car park did not see any disabled parking spaces - if they - poorly signed. REALLY POOR WXPERIENCE IM AFRIAD.”

Someone hit my car in car park . I am trying to contact them but no response… even the time of exit they asking me £180 , there’s system is very poor .

“I booked the parking early, then airline changed the flight time.... as the site said "Cancel or Amend' your booking I thought excellent.... however you cant amend it, the amend means cancel and rebook it, or do what i had to do and buy extra hours at £18.00..... and when you ge tto the exit, the ANPR will not let you leave..... So you spend another 10 mins explaining what happened.... Total rip off”
“No evidence of any processes, flows or even the most basic level of staffing. No signage from the terminal to the long term car park, so we ended up on the wrong side of the tram line. No buses to the long term car park, unique to Edinburgh relative to other major UK airports. The halls were dirty, packed and uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning in evidence on hot days. Check in queues were horrendous with 2 staff on check in desk. Baggage arrival took 1 hour and 15 minutes with 5 flights on one belt. Altogether a most unpleasant experience and I will use Edinburgh Airport again only if there is no other choice. Your Ceo should one day adopt the role of mystery shopper and use the airport as a consumer. He will be appalled at the broken processes over which he has presided.”
“Fine to drop off but collected car covered in grass all round the wheel arches and across the side skirts indicating it had been driven at pace through a field and not stored in the advertised secure parking. Will not be using again. Very unhappy.”
“I paid two times online. First for terminal parking for one day which you charged me 24.99 pounds . Then the flight has been changed and I asked for a extension for which you charged me 14.99 pounds extra. Finally at the day I went to airport the gate did not open and I had to pay again which was 24 pounds . You can easily check these payments since I used the same card. I also filled a claim form about it. Please refund me. I just was in airport for few hours and it is not fair to pay this much.”
“I paid £49.99 1 week before for parking and on exit from our trip the sensor didn't take our registration number and asked us to pay £120. We had to phone for assistance to get out.”
“I had filled out the comment section when checking in the car requesting for the driver seat settings and position not to be moved. On return I was unable to get into the car as the seat had been pulled forward. Then all the air vents and cockpit displays had all been changed. My radio station had been changed. The car had covered 4.5 miles when the car park round trip should only be 3 miles. Someone has had a little jolly.”
“Very poor service. Ticket did not worked on my way out. Makings showing the way to the parking lot from the airport either don’t exist or hard to spot. Price for 1.5 week was over 200£! Insane!!!
Won’t recommend.

I pre paid for parking from 2/7/25 until 8/7/25
On return I was charged a further £160 to leave the facility at 00.26. I had my family in the car, tired and stressed by this situation. Noone around to sort this out.
Went to drop off at airport and received no help or info on how to get my money refunded. Unable to get assistance via the app.
I would like to complain but have no way of contacting anyone. Please contact me by email urgently to deal with this issue.
