Previous uses of FastPark have been fine but this time was dreadful. We arrived at the fast park over an hour after the plane had landed and our keys were not ready for collection, and this was the same for at least 12 other customers who I waited with. There was nothing communicated to us other than our tickets were taken and we were told to wait. The door bell also appears to have been removed from the office door. I watched one person receive someone else's keys, and when I noticed the attendant walking around with my keys I told them that was mine and was given then with no checks to make sure I was the car's owner. The attendant was likely incredibly stressed from something beyond their control but I was very concerned for extremely lax security issues. This was much slower and severely less secure than if I had used any other parking service and I'm very disappointed with my FastPark experience.

Girl who helped us organise parking, keys etc was very pleasant and helpful. On return from holiday, flight was delayed, baggage etc was late. We therefore did not expect to arrive at parking to find that our car was"unavailable". We had to wait while it was collected from back of car park. Fastrack did not apply in this instance

Not a good experience at all. First of all, it was very difficult to find a space, and we eventually found one (there were only a handful remaining) up on the top floor, out in the open. There were no disabled parking spaces available on any of the floors (and some of the cars in the disabled spaces weren't displaying blue badges). It was extremely difficult to get my disabled wife and her mobility equipment out of the car as the space we eventually found was so narrow. On our return to Edinburgh, we found the pedestrian entrance to the multi storey blocked by building work. There were no signs advising where the alternative entrance to the car park was. I eventually found out where to go, but it was quite a big detour, and very inconvenient when trying to transport my disabled wife, mobility equipment and suitcases. The only reason we booked the multi storey, which is rather expensive to be honest, was because of my wife's disabilities as we thought it would be less hassle. In future we will save money and park elsewhere.

This was a terrible service I never got a confirmation email so could not use the parking I paid for!

Car was clean when put in fast park. Picked it up and it was filthy covered in stones, dirt and dust. Piece of trim was loose as well tried to speak with a worker who laughed and said speak to someone else. Won't be using again or recommending to anyone

Unfortunately when I booked parking website automatically entered dates for next day even though I had entered correct dates when searching for parking and so I had to rebook on the day of travelling so had to pay twice and have asked for goodwill refund as I have also booked another car park stay for July but haven’t received a reply - gutted as apart from this it seems like a good set up but if no refund I will go back to using another company outwith airport

I was duped into paying for a whole day while all i wanted was an hour to pick up a guest at arrivals. The websites clearly hide the very short term options. Very unhappy with this.

I parked my car here for three days. When I got back, I found a lovely surprise, someone had scratched a heart shape into the side of my car door. Not exactly the kind of love note I was hoping for. Looks like someone fancied themselves an artist and decided my car was their canvas. I tried to report it but of course there were no cameras covering that area, so nothing could be done. Not much help, just a shrug and that’s it. I’m not saying don’t park here, but that was my experience. Hopefully your car doesn’t inspire any more creative expressions.

I would like to highlight my dissatisfaction with my experience at Edinburgh airport parking as I had my car booked into the plane parking carpark for the duration of my holiday. On my return, I discovered my car had been damaged to the front passengers side, with significant damage on the bodywork and lights. I complained to the help desk, wrote an email to the customer service team, with sadly no luck in finding the culprit. I was told the cctv had no footage to report back. This has caused real stress to what should have been a relaxing care free trip away. The airport parking website claims your car safe and secure 24hrs a day, sadly this does not seem to be the case. Very disappointed customer

Parking ok but horrendous wait at passport control. Have visited nany international airports recently and Edinburgh bye a mile is the worst. Scotland is becoming a third world country. I shudder to think what International tourists think when they arrive to such a shabby welcome.

No problem with drop off but collection was terrible and accounted for about 45 minutes out of the 2hours it took from arrival to clearing Edinburgh Airport. We think one of the drivers was on a break so had to wait a long time for the Plane Parking bus to arrive. Traffic congestion within the airport road network then greatly delayed us from leaving. Traffic from the long stay car park was equally effected.

I was walking towards the bus stop within the secure car park at 4am with my luggage when I observed a transfer bus travelling at slow speed towards me. The bus was on route to the airport and I hoped the driver would be courteous and stop to pick me up. He went to drive past me and I put my hand up to flag down the bus. The driver then stopped and allowed me on the bus at which point he without provocation began to verbally abused me and humiliated me in front of other passengers for the entire journey. This was one particular driver and on the return journey a week later another driver was courteous and treated passengers with respect. When paying for expensive airport parking the minimum standard I expect is to be treated with respect by all drivers when all I want to do is quietly get to the airport. I wouldn’t recommend this parking in future as your seamless journey may depends on the mood of the driver at the time.

We turned up to collect our car only to find we had a extra £60 to pay. I feel this was unfair as I was returning on the 12th of May, I put that in the information but on return had mistakenly forgotten by the time we landed at 12.05am it was th 13th this was a genuine mistake, so we rang the intercom to speak to the advice who was very unhelpful and said we would have to pay £60 as it was very late and we had work the next day we reluctantly payed the charge. This is a disgraceful amount and I feel they unjustified in charging this amount.

I was charged an additional £25 once arrive to pick up my car. Bringing the total amount for parking my car for 4 days to 100 quid. Never again

Despite pre-paying for parking, I was charged 4x the price upon exiting the car park at midnight. Admin massively needs sorting out, and I look forward to my refund as soon as possible.

On returning to the parking my car was not available. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my car to be brought to the fast park point. It would have been a lot cheaper and quicker in other car parks
