“The car park is in a good area and easy to get to the terminal. I have used this car park for years. Unfortunately, when I returned to my car after my holiday, there was a big scratch on my bumper.”
“The terminal carpark is very handy, but not clear when entering whether you’re in the right place- previously you could park in a section on the right and now if you take this barrier it brings you either to a one hour parking section or the multi-story.
Also on exit the plates weren’t read so there was a queue to speak to the attendants at the barrier as initially it flagged that money was owed

“Didnt recognise my car at the barrier to enter. When I tried to leave it then said I owed £210 even though I had prepaid. Again had to speak to the intercom to get a resolution but all seems unnecessary. Also it’s expensive.”
