“Easy to enter and park, but for the first time ever, it did not seem to register our parking ticket and we had to contact the help button on the machine but this was quickly resolved and we exited no problem”
“Once again not a good experience. Signage is poor and it's a confusing entry and exit process. I pre-booked my parking for 3 days but when trying to exit was told that I had to pay £210. Not the first time that's happened. Maybe because I had overstayed by 10 minutes? Thankfully resolved but what if I was a visitor and English wasn't my first language?”
“I only like fast track parking att Edinburgh when ther is staff to assist you, unfortunately on my last trip I had to go and look for them as I couldn’t find my car - they had to scan my ticket as they could not read it either
At Newcastle you hand your key to a person at reception and collect from a person and told exactly where your car is - much better”
“Please to find a choice of a few spaces in the A section. Pedestrian walkways ckear and dry weather all help to make it a positive parking experience. Its still a cost effective option, conpared to a taxi - only if you live outside the city.”
“Very easy to find the airport terminal parking, system recognised my number plates on the way in and out. All prepaid in advance at a competitive cost. Parking experience at Edinburgh is far superior and preferable to ABZ and GLA. It actually is a positive factor when making a decision when booking a flight.”

“We arrived at the airport, the car park was easy to find, the attendant directed us to lane 1, this was all very easy. Once inside the office, we had a bit of a problem with attaching the tags to our keys, the attendant helped but he was a bit condescending, think he was being jokey.
On return, all went to plan, we collected our keys easily and headed to our car, the exit barriers wouldn't work with our bar code, we pressed the help buzzer and an attendant lifted the barrier. In summary, we were very happy with the experience.”
