1) The rubble where cars are parked makes it EXTREMELY difficult to pull luggage across
2) The stand for picking up the shuttle bus at the airport is NOT marked (ie with 'Plane Parking')
3) It's not very easy to find the car on return”
“Extremely difficult to extend my stay at Fast Park . Booking form only works if you amend BEFORE you travel . Had to phone from Thailand . Edinburgh number just a useless recorded message . Had to phone head office . Told to make a second booking for the extra week !!.

“Used the midstay parking for the first time, prices have increased some, but had a really great experience. Midstay all pre booked places so no ticket collection handy for terminal, easy access, all good will use again.”
“This has got to be the quickest and easiest way to park your car at Edinburgh Airport. The staff are so helpful and friendly, always delighted to see you even at the early hours of the morning! So straight forward dropping off the keys and picking them up on return. Definitely the way to go for me.”
“Convenient but expensive, circa £16+ per day. Only took Medium Stay area because it was not that much cheaper than long stay and saves you a whole 20 yard further walk. The automatic barrier and ticket machine did not work on either entry or exit and I had to buzz the control room each time. They let me enter and exit no problem once my VRN and pre-paid status were confirmed, and it only took seconds, so no hassle really but still needs improved. The overall worst part though is the condition of the road / path through the car park and towards the terminal. In poor condition, bumpy and rutted . A more professional approach would be to give travellers who pay their hard earned money a nice, wide, smooth, level, well lit, well marked resin path that would make moving cases and trolleys much easier . Having been to several modern airports this year it just shows how much ALL of Edinburghs facilities are in the dark ages by comparisson, and the car park is only one area in need of some serious modernisation. But with the tram being an ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF and buses less than ideal with large luggage what are you gonna do ?”
“My first time parking in Edinburgh Airport, directions were very easy to follow.
The signs in the carpark were clearly marked and a short distance to walk to the airport. Will definitely use Edinburgh Airport Parking again.”

ANPR entry, advised on entry which lane to use, pre-check in available, but kiosks are also available at key drop. There’s always staff happy to help.
Pick up easy on return too. Great service.”
