“Parking and dropping off keys is so easy with the express drop off. My wife has a blue badge and when checking in there was a question re this and on return we found our car close to the check in block, so good”

“Parking system is good, no complaints, but, after arriving back from my holiday to pick up my car, i noticed it had a flat front tyre. I reported this, and a guy came up with a pump, but after 10 minutes i already had it inflated. But, i made it 6 miles or so, and had severe pressure loss warnings, waited 4 hours on RAC, ended up having to call my friend to bring a spare wheel as BMW’s are not supplied with one. This is now going to coat me approx £150. Not a good end to my holiday.”
“Directions and arrival were perfect. Buses were regular and easy to get to terminal from drop off point.
Returning was just as easy waited a few minutes on a bus hopped on and dropped off in the car park. However as we stepped off the bus we were accosted by a lady desperate for our car space. She had been waiting over 30 minutes for a space.
Some people were parked so badly they were taking up 2 spaces.
There were around 7 cars circling the car park looking for spaces when we left.”
“Fastpark is great, really easy to use and easy to collect the car after returning from holiday. Didn't have to deal with anything really, park, drop keys off with label and collect keys from machine on return. Easy.”
