“It all worked well until I went to pull my car out and found that it had been parked within inches of the car next to it. Because I am 67 years old, crawling across from the passenger side was not really a good option, so I managed to squeeze through the space on the driver's side door, making my clothes filthy, since my car had been collecting dirt and dust for almost a week. I realise that this was most likely thoughtlessness, not intentional, but it was most inconveneinet and unwelcome after nearly 24 hours of travel. Please do better.”
“Parking is quick and easy. Actually drove into the wrong car park to begin with and the barriers flashed a messgae saying I was booked into a different car park which was very helpful ( easily done at 3am I tell myself)
The machine does give you a ticket on entry but I didn't need it on the way out so find this to be slightly pointless (I did book online so might possibly need the ticket if you didn't do so)
Car park does have alot of stones, quite large ones which can make it a pain when wheeling your suitcase and under your feet when walking to the bus stop.
Bus was very regular and takes a couple of minutes to get you to the terminal.
I would always recommend this car park for travellers using Edinburgh Airport.”
“A very long search for a space and a very long walk (20 mins) to the terminal. Despite having prepaid, my car wasn't recognized on arrival, nor on departure so I had to chat over the intercom to get out.”
“Excellent service as always. Unfortunately due to a flight time change I had to add an extra day. To do this I had to cancel and rebook which cost me nearly an extra £100 for one day. Surely there is a better way than this.”
“First experience of parking with Fast Track security access and found it very efficient. Was slightly concerned when I turned up at the car park and the machine wouldn’t accept my ticket, with a message that the car park was full but on pressing the intercom and speaking with someone who checked my booking, I was let in and found a space without issue. Had to speak to someone to exit the car park too. I’d recommend you update the instructions in the booking confirmation email to clarify this process or fix the ticket machines to remove the need to speak with someone.”
“I had arranged terminal parking and had prepaid. Upon arrival the car park was noted as being full, it was only after pressing the buzzer and waiting for a few minutes, was I able to get into the car park. Bit stressful. On the way out, having put in my prepaid ticket to the exit barrier I was presented with a message of you owe £210. After pressing the buzzer I had to wait a few minutes for a response, again a bit stressful as cars pulled up behind me. Not great experience this time around.”
