“14th July. We arrived at the tower block car park check i n barrier and could not gain admitance. we pressed the help button and were asked for details which we then gave to the agent and after about 2 minutes were accepted and allowed to enter and park.
16th July. Upon our return we drove to the exit barrier and were refused eit and a demand for £210 was requested. Again we rquested assistance and were asked for dtais of our booking, this was given once again and following a short interval were allowed to pass.
Disappointing service but efficiently resolved”
“So easy. On arrival parked the car and dropped off key…really straightforward. Only thing I would say is I don’t think exiting is very well signposted particularly at night. Would be good to have thing illuminated clearly.”
“It was so easy. I always get anxious when i know I have to park at the airport as it can be confusing. However after booking, I was emailed all in information that i needed including easy to understand directions and what to expect in the way of entering and leaving the carpark. I would definately use you again.”
“The carpark was packed and with no bay markings some cars were parked badly. What didnt help was the walk to the bus stops if you have to park a distance from the stops as there are not enough walkways through the rows and you have to drag suitcases over losse gravel.
To add to that bus driver pulled off as we approached him .
On our return it would help if the driver would tell people not to stand at the front next to the cases as made it awkward for us to get our cases as they were staying on the bus.”
“Parking was very good. My only issue was I got fast track included in my parking but I never received a code for the fast track, only a bar code for the parking. Luckily the security guy was helpful.”
“I used the long stay car park and managed to park so as not to gave too far a walk. It is handy but it’s over priced even though it’s the cheapest option. Prices across the airport are scandalously high”
“Well sign posted, very easy access & egress. Shuttle bus was very prompt didnt wait long at all on entry or exit. Only slight issue was car was very dirty when I returned obviously due to the ground conditions. Would definitely book again.”
