“Mid-stay was easy to get to, reasonably easy to find a suitable space near the walkway, and quick to exit after leaving airport security in the terminal.
Pricing was slightly higher than previously paid and expected”
“Barrier wouldn’t open and I had to speak to someone, registartion wasn’t recognised
On the way back out tried to charge £210 and again had to speak to someone to sort.
Not the best of experiences and haven’t had these issues previously”
“The fastpark parking is great. You leave your car with one of their boys. They park it while you take your plane. When you get back, it’s close and handy especially in the middle of the night. They’re open 24/7. Just pick up your keys and go! I would recommend”
“We always use the Mid Stay Parking as it is literally a 3 minute walk to the main building.
Plenty of spaces and the whole entry/exit process is always flawless.
I had to change my car registration for my recent visit and dealing with the customer service team was very quick and extremely straight forward”

Only criticism I realised a few days before we went to airport I had booked stay for 2pm instead of 2am. I contacted the service by email (couldn’t speak to anyone direct) the response was quick but my only options were to cancel and rebook which was twice the original cost or pay a £25 early entry fee. I felt this was very unreasonable. Good customer service should allow the changing of the time free of charge at least up to 24 hrs before stay.”
“Arrived for my flight. Barriers down. Car park full. Pressed help button. Lovely guy answered and I said I’m booked he let me in.
Coming out out my ticket in and it says £150 owed so again I have to phone.
Get your systems sorted and get number plate recognition !”
