“I use Edinburgh Airport long stay car park several times a year. I love that it's walkable from the airport (10 mins). Easy booking online. I had a bit of confusion at the exit barrier about needing to produce my entry ticket, and the assistant was very patient and helpful. I've also had previous positive customer service experiences with other staff. Convenient and good value service.”

“Plenty Of Spaces in Multi Storey - Same problems as always on EXIT though ! number plate recognition cameras do not work and a demand for the non booked rate appears - its solved within a few minuets but it happens every time regargless of the car I use . Never happens in Glasgow - also of the 3 x Lifts only one was working from Ground Floor to first floor - one lift was "Out Of Order" in the second lift the first floor button was not operating . Poor .”
