I was on a 23 day holiday and my partners father died and we had to come home on day 3 and I tried to contact airport parking to see if I could get a discount or even parking arranged for the future, I sent god knows how many and I got sick of trying and gave up, great place to park as close as I could get but the true measure of any good service is when you have paid and then see how your treated, to say disappointed is an understatement but if all goes according to plan it’s fine but in a time of need forget it.

No short stay parking available so had to use multi storey which cost £20 for an hour!!! Absolutely terrible.

Pre-booked prices are ok, but if return flight cancelled (as ours was) you are then charged full rack rate for the extra time - Outwith our control sand a ‘common sense’ approach to charging for the extra time would be more appropriate. Not impressed.

Absolute shambles. Booked for some new parking that was not open and sent on a tour of the airfield. Eventually had to park a long way from the terminal as it took an age to find a space.

Absolute rubbish. We booked the long stay car park in November and there was nothing obvious at the time of booking that the transit courtesy buses were no longer in service. We had to walk too far from car park to terminal building in the rain and cold weather. It was worse coming back after being in a sunny warm climate abroad. I already made a complaint but was courteously disappointed with the response. I can't believe the money they took for such a rubbish customer experience. Shame on you.

Booked , parked , left , charged £140 to get my vehicle out of parking area after booking a spot for £20 . Complained . Got a generic reply advising me to take matter up with airline re 20 min delay . Stopped credit card payment . Got money back . Would I use again ? Possibly because of convenient rate and proximity to terminal . Advice use credit card if you are charged when trying to exit . This is so you can dispute payment if you find yourself in similar situation.

Grossly overpriced. The airport should be ashamed of itself for charging £4 to drom someone off.

Hi John, Though drop-off fee has risen to £4, the allotted time has been doubled to 10 minutes and it's worth noting that we still have our free drop-off area which is located within the Long Stay Car Park and can be accessed for 30 minutes without charge. Thanks, Customer Support Team

Availability of parking was great. I pre paid for the long stay for a cost of 39 pounds which I thought was reasonable for the time i was staying. I had to stay on my trip for an additional two days due to bereavement... When I got back I had to pay 75 pound to get out the car park.... Wasn't impressed at all.

I never used the parking slot and never managed to get through to cancel the slot as your cancellation procedure was hopeless. Had i been on the trip my car would be at the airport go and see if my car is there or has been there.... my flight was due in tommorow.

Website booking system failed over a 2 day period and I had to just use the car park on entry this cost me £150 for just over2 days parking. Robbery! Sadly I have no option but to continue to use airport parking but I will lobby my mp to seek a significant reduction into excessive charges which are nothing more than usury.

Today there was an issue with my daughters check in after I had already dropped her at the airport, so had to get out the car to assist.Due to queues, I was away longer than planned, and it cost me £30 for less than an hour. I really don't know how you justify this. Or £4 just to drop off. The prices are ridiculous but the long stay was too far from the terminal with a heavy suitcase. Won't use again

I have always been happy enough with Parking at Edinburgh Airport and at times have used it every week for months at a time. Recently I had to cancel due to Covid restrictions being changed by the government and went through the process to request a cancellation. When I eventually received a response, I was told because I had chosen to cancel I was not entitled to a refund. I challenged this back on email and did not receive a response on email or a refund. Going forward I will get taxis rather than use airport parking.

The mid-term car park, which I normally use, works well and is a good compromise between time to the terminal and the cost of parking. I would have given 4 stars (and 5 if baggage trollies were kept available), but because of the obscene £4 charge for using the paid pick-up and drop-off points I'm only giving 1 star - I could accept £2, but at £4 for 1-minute stop it is nothing short of extortion.

When I arrived very early morning the car park I was due to park car was closed. Thankfully there was someone on the other end of the call button to let me know where to park. Did not receive an email explaining this change.

I had trouble booking on the website for the long stay car park. I kept trying as I did not receive any confirmation. When I checked my emails 3 hours later, I had 6 bookings and the amount for the 6 bookings was taken out of my bank account. I queried this in an email and I am still waiting on your response. Finally, on my return when I tried to get out of the long stay car park late at night, the barrier would not go up and the attendant tried to make out that I had not paid for the parking. I have been really disappointed with my experience and that is a shame as my daughter had no issues in the summer when she used this facility.

Your number plate recognition system does not differentiate between a 0 (zero) and an O (ooh). No one to speak about it and as when booking you check with DVLC I can't book in my car reg no. ROD 10X !!!! Also haven't used your services in a long time so not sure what activated this review !!!
