I can't believe you are actively encouraging feedback. £4 for an 8 minute drop off window is literally the definition of highway robbery. You ought to be ashamed!

Paid for preparking then got charged £140 to get my car out lucky it was a good car or you would have no barriers left

We missed our flight because of covid rules and had to go to a hotel. We managed to get flights for the next day not through any help at the airport but through someone in Glasgow. When we arrived back we were charged 40 pounds for late collection which was more than we paid for the week. Disgusted doesn’t explain how we feel about the whole experience which all in cost us 700pounds extra. The parking charge was the last straw.

In fairness parking was no problem but they have stopped shuttle buses - due to covid I assume. Might only be a 15 minute walk to airport but out in the open, howling winds and persistent rain on my outward flight so arrived in terminal soaking wet and windswept. Journey back to the car no better as I missed any signage for the car park, stopped a couple of people for directions but they didn’t know - ended up walking around the perimeter of the airport, across the tram lines and entered on foot through the car entrance. The only plus side of this was that it wasn’t raining this time. I was going to book another flight a few weeks ago but then remembered the fiasco last time, certainly did not want to do this trek in winter so flew from Glasgow instead. Come on Edinburgh this is just rubbish.

I was parked there for 3 weeks. On our return I had overstayed by a few hours and charged £27.00 !

Did not refund when had to last-minute cancel due to covid positive test. I realise there's rules - but limited corporate compassion for families shown Would still appreciate a refund - which may return my busness to airport parking in the future.

The lack of a covered walkway or a shuttle bus is pretty pathetic for an international airport. It seems Edinburgh Airport is going backwards with it's customer experience again!

After flight was delayed and retuning to airport parking I was charged extra , I have flown to other airports where delayed flights are linked to parking so you will not be charged

Terrible customer service, don’t answer phone or respond to emails. Still got £250 worth of bookings that I was unable to use during COVID travel restrictions

Paid £15 for tarmac parking near terminal on arrival there were no spaces at all despite driving round and round I had to give up waiting and park in the multistory carpark which cost me another £20 to exit! So all in all it was an expensive drop off.

I only used the airport car parking because it is so expensive to use pick up / drop off zone now. It's an absolute rip off. If you need to pick up a passenger who needs assistance (my aged mother-in-law) then you aren't allowed to use pick up / drop off anyway, however to have to buy a full day's parking for a short duration stay like this for an assisted passenger pick up is not just shabby, it's downright robbery.

£4 minimum charge just to drop someone off at the airport! Outrageous money grabbing enterprise - embarrassing for Scotland. Decide you want a proper goodbye and take up to 1hr then the cost is £30!

We booked 12 nights at long stay parking months ago for our holiday in December 2021. We arrived only to find there were no transfer buses running at all, we had to walk and pull all our cases in the freezing cold just to get to the terminal building. I have Multiple Sclerosis and found this extremely difficult to do, it took much longer than the time they specified in their small print! Once we did eventually arrive i checked my booking email and it does mention in the small print there are no buses running due to covid.. Seriously i find this difficult to understand as all other public transport buses and other airport parking transfer buses can all still operate so why can't these buses! We have always booked the on site long stay at Edinburgh Airport as we thought it was always great but next time we will be choosing 1 of their much cheaper competitors who still actually do drop you off close to the terminal building in a bus! Very disappointed!

The car park surface was terrible and trying to drag my wheeled suitcase to the terminal was rediculous. There were no shuttle buses to carry anyone and their luggage. What a joke for a nation's capital airport. Shocking. If I could give a zero I would.

Still waiting on a complaint due to not being able to amend a booking or speak to someone to add extra parking for a day after a flight being cancelled. Paying 40 quid for 24hr after it costing 25 quid for 5 days is absolutely awful, especially after trying everything to get advice from chat, phone and crappy website help. Bloody awful.
