access from bus stops to terminal keeps getting rerouted every couple of months. unnecessary long route after security to the gates to make sure everyone spends maximum time in duty free shops. gates for budget airlines (Norwegian) as far away from terminal as possible.

Unfortunatley pre paid online and machine at airport still wanted to charge me over £200! However, thankfully there was someone to speak to who could release the barrier for me and check I had paid! Better communication needed after payment to prevent subsequent stressful situation arising for customers would be encouraged.

We were running tight for time for our flight but had enough time to drop car off and get on bus. However it took longer to come than it said and the driver seemed in no hurry to get to the airport and also went off to the Hilton Hotel for a pick up and by that time we were running short of time. When he finally got to the airport twenty mins later a number of the passengers on the bus raced through the terminal so it wasn't only us that were affected. We normally fly out of Glasgow and the experience was quite different from their long stay which we use often and buses are coming in and out all the time there. Almost as soon as one leaves another one arrives.

Was not very impressed by being told that I required to pay a further £29 to exit the carpark. I was actually exiting 10 minutes early. I did eventually leave after speaking to the attendant on pressing the button to speak to him.

Annoying to be charged for fast track security when this is included in any multi-storey parking anyway. Otherwise fine, it's a carpark what can I say

Security organisation is poor, last traveled from Edinburgh about 1 and half years ago when security area was being upgraded. There was no noticeable change, and still generally chaotic. This time we had security fast track, also poorly organised and badly signposted. Airside bar, Wetherspoons was a roit, clearly not able to cope with the volume of passengers passing through, grubby, food below what is expected - some chips on our plate were uncooked ie actually still frozen!! Hopefully I can avoid using Edinburgh Airport in future as it was not a good experience. Thanks.

The service is reasonable, and users are fully protected from the weather. Fast track is also a useful addition. However, the charges are still too expensive. I stay in Livingston, and for trips in excess of a week it is actually cheaper for me to hire a taxi. Surely this can't be right?

That's twice running we have managed to get into the Drop Off Zone due to bad signage! That's an extra pound to you Edinburgh Parking. I don't believe we are the only folks doing this. Please get it sorted.

Bus stop a long way from departures or arrivals. However it is a very spacious bus and little problem alighting.

No one to meet us but car still there on return. Pressed button but no reply so parked car in business valet space and went through fast track. Should be means of contact or at least tel number to phone if problems.

On approach to the airport the signage is very unclear. We followed the sign for "Long Stay Parking" deposited our car, got on the shuttle bus then realised that the long stay car park we'd parked in was not the one we'd booked. We then had to go back, pay £15 for the 20 minutes we'd been parked, and then try and find the actual Edinburgh Airport Long Stay parking. I will be complaining and I will be looking for my £15 back. When we did actually return from our holiday and tried to validate our ticket we were told £177 was owed. This was rectified upon production of our advanced booking reference but still, could have been much better.

Second time pre booking used and second time the barrier failed to open automatically. 100% failure rate.

I found it difficult to find a parking space close to the terminal building. In my absence some other driver scratched the bonnet of my car. It looks as though a brief case or similar was placed on top and dragged from the bonnet leaving significant scratches. I received comprehensive details about how to exit car park at the end of my stay.

Long day, arrive at the coach stand just as courtesy bus pulls out - darn - pleased to say the next one arrived 8 mins later - well within the advertised 10 mins ???? Get to the car, go to the barriers and greeted with "you owe £60" on a pre-paid booking. Pull out all the booking details, confirm these and my registration and eventually let through. Only 2nd time I've used the Long Stay, but this is the 2nd time you've done this to me.

Everything went well but when leaving I got a big fright when I put the parking ticket in the slot. I was told I owed £140 !! I called the help line , gave my reference number and the barrier was lifted. So - keep your reference number handymen leaving.

Excellent variety of parking options and the tram system is another excellent means of getting to and from the airport. Surprised at the lack of information boards within the terminal, there used to be plenty in view. Eating facilities are overpriced , as in all airports .

The parking was ok, albeit the long-stay car park very full. The walk from the courtesy coach drop-off to the relevant gate and back again on returning seems to be getting ever longer; with a bad foot it is uncomfortably long now.

Why is it when we put the ticket in the exit machine there always a charge as much as £260 even though we have prepaid. At first we got a shock but now we know to call on the help button To release the barrier.
