“Car park itself is good and well positioned for access to terminal building. The barrier scanner recognized my reg number but system did not connect it with the booking so on exit I had to call for assistance. The gent that answered was very helpful and I was away in a matter of minutes so no real problem. It would be a better experience if the IT worked as it should.”
“Pro: The cost of parking in the mid-term carpark was a very reasonable component of our holiday costs. The booking process was simple.
Con: The route from the carpark to the terminal building is not clearly marked particularly when partially blocked by inconsiderate drivers. Also the route includes several different surfaces making pulling wheeled suitcases a little awkward. However, our biggest concern was that, when we picked up our car at approximately 2am on 28/9/16, the barriers for entry and exit to the carpark were both raised providing no control (and thus no security) on the movement of vehicles.”
“Followed original sign that saud long stay.ended up in premier.ended uo having to pay for tyat car park. Maybe altering the signs may be helpful.cheers”
“Busy car park and difficult to find a space seems also that some drivers ignore the no entry signs which allowed them into places I had seen when driving past but because I obeyed the signage ended up not getting . Where I did park was a long way from the terminal at the top of the car park, all in all an average experience and not a patch on Glasgow Airport parking.”
“A bit disappointed that when I get to the exit barrier and inserted my ticket the machine asked for payment of £ 360, a bit steep after pre-booking

“When I got back from my holiday I could not get out of the parking area I put my ticket into the machine to raze the pole so I could get out but the machine said I had to pay over £200 plus before I could get out it was a shock for me I had already paid you for 14 days parking I did not have that kind of money I'm 70 year old pensioner I managed to speak to someone by pressing the button on machine I had to explane I had payed before I went on holiday gave him reference number so he could check I got out but that should have never happened I do not think I will use you again I go holiday every year From Edinburgh Airport and this has never happens before. “When we I placed our prepaid ticket in the exit machine it stated we were £120 outstanding.
When the office was contacted and booking reference given then the person stated the sum was not required.
No apology or reason was offered!
This is totally unacceptable!”
“the recent changes to the layout at the airport is disappointing for those using the long stay car park - it is a long walk on a wet and windy night from international arrivals to bus stop 10. Why is the official long stay bus further away than other private operators?”
“Did not realise was such a long wall to airport, especially when arrived back in Edinburgh at 2.00am. Would not have liked to have had to walk this on my own. Also, it was raining so got soaked.”
