Parking at Edinburgh Airport is excellent (5*). Sadly the hotel at the carpark was the worst value for money I have ever encountered in a hotel - which makes using the carpark for those that need to stay the night before not easy.

No busses so need to walk and limited spaces. Cheap ish vs other options but needs to be booked over 24 hours in advance

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. For future reference you can book up to 2 hours before entering the car park. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Our flight was delayed by half an hour and they charged us£4 at the barrier on way out which is wrong as I paid it all before I went convenience wise was great

Car park layout somewhat confusing. It appears additional parking has been added to the right upon entry, but this is unclear and isn’t easily accessible once you enter the main car park. Car park was full upon arrival and had to cruise for 15 minutes competing with others until space became available. Despite having prepaid for parking.

Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. Limited signage makes it challenging to know where to walk to get to the airport, especially when it's dark. (Parked at E2). Same with exit signs, which took me around the entire car park to exit. Rate was ok for 2 days (£16). Acknowledgement email did not provide a postcode to the car park, just directions (left/right at this roundabout etc).

No bus runs to the long stay car parks. Whilst you are told this and that it us a 10 minute walk, you’re not told about is the puddles you and your luggage will have to wade through.

Walked between Long Stay and terminal. I liked the convenience. Nice idea but seems done last minute on a shoestring. Lots of puddles to drag my suitcase through, uneven surfaces (smooth tar, rough tar, concrete, kerbs etc), and seems little consideration has been taken for pedestrians in the car park. At least Long Stay doesn't have the gravel sections like the Plane Parking. My car was parked in a large puddle and the exit signage was not great. But the ANPR worked on exit which is a small bonus.

The parking is easy to access but ended up driving round several times wrote realising there was an extended area at this time I did fill a bit sick so perhaps better signage. Other than that all is good and would use again.

Prebooked terminal parking. On arrival to car park very difficult to find a free space. Fortunately my WV Polo isn’t wide and managed to squeeze it in a small space.

Car left safely for 5 weeks. Not a lot of room between parking spaces . Very tight but car was good when we got back after 5 weeks. Would definitely use them again. Take a photo of your car when your leaving it so that you know where to find it when you return.

Thank you for your review. The lines that you are referring to are the ferry lanes within the FastPark facility. All drivers are required to park their vehicles here before cheeking in and dropping the keys off in the FastPark reception area. Finnding car park was easy.as was finding a parking space witbin... It is close enough to the terminal to walk which is fine in good weather but in the rain or snow it's another story... A covered walkway running in the middle of car park would greatly enhance the facilities. Also better.signaling to and ftom the terminal would be good.

Some signs on the road in would really help. Your very friendly staff seem to know this but have not bothered to do anything about it. Also your computers could have much better programs as who ever wrote them didn’t ever try them out. Thank you

Great location however not easy to find a parking space. It is clear more spaces are sold than there are spaces available. Due to poor weather and flooding, it was very difficult to find a clear route to walk to the airport and I had to wade through water for some of it.

I found the signage very confusing to follow both in the drive up to the airport and within the airport itself. We had prebooked the multi storey car park but there were no signs indicating how we got there. We ended up driving through the drop off zone and having to pay £4 to exit and then driving around again. Even when we drove through the fast park route, the man at the barrier was unclear how we got into the multi storey car park from there. We did eventually get to the barrier but were then asked for a ticket and given the confusion, we were not clear if the ticket we had just been given was correct or would just result in a further charge. Better instructions beforehand would have been helpful but improved signage would make the experience less confusing

The location of the Surface car park is great, and booking online is very easy to follow, however, having paid online for 8 days on my return the ticket did not work and asked me to pay over £330. Luckily the Help button worked and I got help to get out. Also, google map navigation took me around the whole car park to enter via Fast Park, which was confusing. It would really help to provide a clear map of where to enter the car park to familiarise yourself before going there.

Thank you for your review. I can see that out our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I can confirm we do provide directions to the correct car park within the confirmation email. In the absence of the shuttle bus service we were v wet in the rain having to walk to the terminal. Reinstating the shuttle service should be a priority please. Otherwise our experience was fine.

Parking was fine but on exit machine tried to charge us 1160. It was late and person took a few rungs to answer felt a little scammy as if they were testing to see if we would just pay it. Shame because seemed so organized with tickets and cameras etc seems weird the machine would make a mistake.
